The room is comfortable and clean.The food also very good.

We requested early check in around 2 pm.But the hotel request extra charges of rm50 per room.I booked 2 rooms.I compared with other hotel in Sg Petani like Park Avenue.They did not charge any extra charges for early check in.I also got wide experience travelling and stay many hotels in Malaysia.I never experience hotel charge extra fees for early check in.The hotel should consider our request and not take extra money from customer.We also spent a lot to pay 2 rooms & 2 nights for the hotel

The hotel is located conveniently right next to the toll. Check-in process is very fast and staff was very helpful in transportating our luggage to our room as there is no elevator from the parking to the lobby - we dropped off everything at the lobby. We visited during the off peak season, so there's lots of parking space. Parking is free for guests. There's a working mini fridge with a kettle to boil hot water. Hotel is also close to shops if you want food. Small breakfast spread, but the options are sufficient for variety. Great stay and will definitely visit here again.

the room is clean, modern. bathroom is comfortable and clean. bed comfy. went during fasting month. we didnt called early to book for break fasting, as they had buffet. but there was another option at kitchen at rooftop where pool is. food and view great. many shops and eateries around. also many convenient stores and cafe, walking distance. the traffic at the roads, as expected of taman sejati area. overall good. will we return? definitely

Staffs hospitality. The first staff named Hassan who assisted us upon arrival, had given us an excellent service. The reception was quick.

The variety of food during breakfast is similar to other local hotels but the taste of some of its cuisines are to be further improved.

The staff were accommodating when I requested about parking lot to accommodate my OKU child. We didn't have to wait long. Fast.

The bathroom's floor was slippery. I sprayed water on it and it was soapy. I think it was not properly clean. Apart from this, everything else is good.

Breakfast was good and could be more extensive to include local fare.

We found out that the booking for a room to accommodate three persons only comes with breakfast for two. The local fare at breakfast could be more extensive. Park Avenue does a wider range of local food for breakfast. The bedlinen and pillow cases were smelly during our first night stay.

Stayed for 8 nights and the room wasn’t cleaned even once. Except for making the bed.

the lobby staff especially the staff in the dining are very friendly and very helpful . they make the guest feel like they’re in the 5 star hotel. the food is also so nice and delicious, praise to the chef and the staff. parking is easy and safe. will be back again.

there’s no gym or sauna or steam room and the entertainment area is closed. too bad

The beds were amazing! The room was clean. The people at the front desk were helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very nice as well.

Would have preferred a room with 1 bed, not the 2 twins we ended up with.

There is enough parking spaces for the cars and there is a basement parking to protect your car from the sun. The room size is good and the bed size is great.
