room was nice, clean, and shower pressure is powerful, the most powerful pressure in my 40 years of living :) truly satisfying. The twin bed was huge = king size. the parking was effortless and plenty, the shops around the hotel made it easy to grab a drink and groceries. The staff are very polite and respectful, clean room walkways and toilet are well preserved, maybe the hotel is on the older side but very-very satisfying stay. will come again if needed especially for runs in Taiping town.

A spacious and clean room.comfortable bed. Air-cond works well. Clean bathroom. Complete with basic toiletries. Our room got lovely views of Taiping backyard hills. Location wise, near to Taiping main attraction. Only about 5-10 minutes to Taman Tasik, Zoo Taiping and city centre via car.

Nothing much. Just the room service need to do their job better. But i just tell the reception about the issues and they solve it straight away.

Nice cozy room facing the trees and greeneries. Extra bed was arranged in a prompt manner. Most importantly the staff are friendly and honest especially Mr Raj. After checking out for about 6 hrs, I realised that I have left my son's shoes in the shoe rack of room 139. I called the hotel and the staff Mr Raj who attended to my call was very helpful. He and his team had managed to find and keep the shoes for us. The integrity displayed by them is highly commendable. The hotel and staff deserve the highest rating.

Room...superb. Cleanliness........very good but for breakfast very upset. During breakfast so many ants at biscuits/fruits area. And choices very limit. Drinks .....ermmmmmm. Especially jus. Taste one kind.......

Was very comfortable. Only the thing i would like to commend little regarding the bathroom shower. We stayed in room num 102 and the shower is not functioning as how it’s supposed to be. I advice the management should check on it for better stay.

They were very friendly. Especially the receptionist and staff. Super helpful ❤️

The staff was great especially the receptionist indian gal and the coffee house Chinese staff both of them are assets sorry I don't get their names but as a hotelier I feel their warm welcome and the service they provide is the way for future business. All the best to them and thank them for me pls.

The room and bed are very comfortable. All the staff are friendly and accommodating. A close location between places of interest and sufficient parking. Everything is very satisfying. Will definitely come again

We arrived quite late at night but the receptionist welcome us in the most polite way. The check in process were smooth and quick. The room was spacious with that kind of price. We love it overall

There are restaurants nearby within walking distance, many parking lots, comfortable room area, friendly staffs, overall nice.

The bathroom is a little bit smelly, can be improved with more fresh cleaning products perhaps.
