If you are looking for an affordable overwater villa experience, which is truly THE experience in the Maldives, within a reasonably prices speedboat distance from the airport, and you're happy with adults only resort - then this is the place! I shall first emphasize that there were no tricks whatsoever to extract more money during the stay. The only thing we ended up paying beyond the Booking.com reservation was tips that we gave at our will (not exceeding $10 per day in total). No extra charges, no surprises. The place is ranked 4 stars and this is what you get. I bet there are more spectacular places that cost accordingly - but I can say this: at least in July prices, we felt that we received an excellent value for money. The weather BTW was terrific and the resort had under 50% occupancy. 300 staff, almost entirely foreign South-Asian, made sure of very high level of service all around. Smiling, attending, polite, professional. From the warm and efficient check-in by Ms Liane, via the restaurants, cleaning guys, diving center and till the timely speedboat - immaculate attitude and service! We opted for the full board package and it was brilliant. The whole island is a resort - there's nowhere else to go, so instead of thinking too much about costs, do yourself a favor and add that small difference between half and full board. It won't be more than the cost of a burger and soda anyway. Further up is the "all inclusive" - we absolutely do NOT regret not having that because the very generous system here is that every lunch and dinner includes one alcoholic and one non-alcoholic drink per person! so if between a beer with lunch and a nice cocktail with dinner, you still fancy another drink - get yourself a $6 beer or $9 cocktail at the bar, that's it. Lastly, I strongly recommend the overwater villas facing North, number 300s.

The only tangible issue was the serious practice in saving energy for air-conditioning. The AC in the room was OK, not terrible, though it does take time to cool the room. Night sleep was pleasant. However in Ocean restaurant, which is the only one that offers any kind of air conditioning, the AC was set to 30 degrees and that's how it felt. I can only imagine how pleasant it could be with 25... well, if it helps the environment then that' a comfort. It may well be a matter of season and weather, but for all I could gather in 5 nights, the "sunset villa" is just a good marketing. It was always cloudy around sunset and it seems to me that the perfect red sun sinking in the horizon over the perfect water is not a fantasy that an extra $200 will fulfill here.

This resort is very comfortable and clean, the staff is very friendly, Silver is very helpful. Food is tasty, many little sharks around the Viu bar. We can see sunrise from the water villa everyday. Sunset is very beautiful too.

A long construction near the island, you can see it everywhere from the lagoon. If you don’t want to see it, choose the water villa begin with 3 and face the north.

Everything was exceptional. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Liane couldn’t have done enough for us and made sure the celebration of our special occasion was memorable💝 food was amazing and staff in all dining spaces were very attentive and welcoming. There was a good variety of activities that suited everyone. Centara Ras Fushi will hold a special place in our hearts forever 🥰

We felt that activities such as yoga and Muay Thai should be included as part of the AI package. As the weather was unpredictable when we visited, some of the activities did not go ahead.

We booked our honeymoon during the low season and everything was absolutely perfect! The resort exceeded our expectations and we were very lucky with the weather, as it was sunny every day :) We were surprised by the friendliness of the staff, we feel like we have made good friends during our stay there and it was hard to say goodbye. We would like give a special mention to: Rosalis & Alexis (live music) - thank you for your fantastic entertainment and lovely conversations! Mama (chef) - thank you for your big smile and heart-shaped omelettes in the morning! JD and water sports team - thank you for the fun excursions and interesting conversations! Yaya (waitress) and Rasheed (waiter) - thank you for your kindness and excellent service! Simon and bar staff - thank you for the tasty cocktails and fun conversations! Kabir and the gardening team - thank you for your friendliness and for keeping our outside area always tidy! Thank you all, for making our holiday so special and we hope to see you again very soon! :)

The only thing that was different than expected, was that the beach in front of our villa looked different than on the photos/ view of the island on the website. Instead of a slow walk into the water, there was a wall build up to avoid any flooding and the access to the sea was by a little ladder - this did provide us with a great snorkeling spot right in front of our beach villa though! The proper beach was just a few steps further down.

The hotel app was very useful for in-room dining. The service was prompt and the removal of the used crockery was efficient (much better than other Maldivian hotels I stayed at). The housekeeping staff were friendly and very helpful. The water villa was smaller than other hotels I've stayed in, but was functional. The breakfast was great with a wide selection. The weather wasn't great, but I still managed to see 6 species of butterfly fish and also saw the Indian Triggerfish for the 1st time. Overall I saw over 100 species of fish while snorkeling.

Just a few suggestions: 1) Strongly recommend to move the breakfast to one of the bar areas that has a sea view. This will really elevate the guests experiences. 2) Recommend to replace the beach sand floor at reception (it looked dirty) with wooden floors.

Water villas are simple (without bath tubes and other amenities) but you get what you paid for, and I was happy with it. Shared pool is nice. Beach is amazing, and non-motorized water sports are complimentary.

All inclusive package is not actually an all inclusive. It includes dinner in two out of three restaurants, with limited menus that becomes boring after 3 days. If you want to go for something different, the all inclusive package will grant you USD40 credit only. Besides, it does not include snacks and sandwiches in any bars. In terms of meals, the “all-inclusive” is more like a “full-board”. It is good, though. My point is that it should be advertised as such, because all inclusive MUST BE ALL INCLUSIVE.

Amazing cleanliness comforting delightful

Loved the dine-around programme - it’s makes such a change from buffet everyday. Everything included, even the mini bar. Staff were great. Food was the best we’ve had in the Maldives. Comfortable bed. Easy to use app to book the restaurants and order extra towels etc. Rooms and all resort areas were super clean. Transfers were seemless. The sea was a great depth for swimming. The house reef was amazing for snorkeling and diving but the current can get a bit strong later in the afternoon. Can see reef sharks, manta ray, turtles and even dolphins right in the resort.

The amazing house reef is their best kept secret. Even some of the staff don’t know it exists, So we only discovered it on day 3. We had an overwater Villa which was lovely but the deck is too small.

Great resort with a lot of variety and different locations to relax. We stayed in an overwater villa and were going to upgrade to a sunset villa, but after review stayed where we were due to the sunset villa overlooking a sand bank. The staff were great and particular shoutout to Anfau who was a great waiter and looked after us each meal and Abhi who worked the bar well and made his own cocktails. The all inclusive package is great value overall with lots of variety including dining at the restaurants. The island and resort is laid out nice and all is meticulously cleaned and taken care of. The sea life is plentiful also. Plenty of enterainment throughout the day and evenings too.

Unfortunately the food quality let’s this place down for me. The food both at the buffet and restaurants is not great and we overheard many guests making the same remarks. For example, the desserts are just lazy, defrosted bought in cakes - it would be good to see more effort. The cost of the transfer is also very high for a 20 minute speedboat - I understand most the resorts charge over the odds for this, but it still leaves a bad taste.

The staff were extremely professional and very helpful at the reception and at each of the restaurants except for one person at the Thai restaurant who didn't treat the customers with respect. After we complained, she got better. Good atmosphere, lots of activities for guests to get involved with, exceptionally well handled.

Just too many Russian tourists and the pool and Karaoke section was like they owned it. These tourists were not friendly and always ended up being in their crowd.
