location was near to jetty no 6 to maafushi. the room is spacious and as per request they gave us ground floor in view of elderly mother condition

the staff at counter cheat us by words and sentence. thank god i understood dia languange abit or less. try to scam us. the staf at counter early in morning claimed " public ferry is work and with no remorse at cost seeing my mom having a walking stick expect us to walk all the way to public ferry ??? i over heard that caunter staff and his collgue who said no publc ferry on friday thus should take speedboat at jetty 6! i smile and knob my head as i already understood that they are trying to misguide. overal had very bad experience at Maldive with those people not helpfull nor misguiding visitors! becareful with this hotel and staff. the hotel is abit complicated and the entrace is very inside

I stayed for one nights because of the morning flight. 1. Everything what you need in room, water, tea, coffee, AC, shower gels in shower, water is hot. They have kitchen, you can order food to the room. For lunch I ordered mixed fried rice (6$) it was tasty, I liked it 2. My bed was comfortable, I liked it 👍 3. Stuff friendly and helpful 4. Hotel left for me packed early breakfast: simple 4 sandwiches with cheese and 2 banana 5. Helped me order a taxi to the airport (100 ryfiya - 6,5 $) Location!! 1 min to Sultan park and Musium. Musium was closed to the Ramadan, but park is so green and nice. 👍 5 min to local fish and fruit market Stairs was not a problem for me at all, my room was in the top

It is old, but for one night before flight for me it is ok.

Good place for a stopover, close to the markets, masjids, shops and jetty to go to the other islands. You can see sting rays by the port. Not much to do in Male and unfortunately the museum was close during Ramadan. There is a beach, but no bikini beach. There is an insect problem though - ants, so I had to ask them to clean the room a couple of times and was bitten a couple of times during the night. But putting on insect repellent helps. Otherwise good location and the staff helps carry your luggage up the stairs and were very nice.

The hotel was very clean and organized. It's an old building in central Male. Don't expect luxury accommodation. The staff were friendly and helped us with our needs. The room was nice with a comfortable bed. Free drinking water, towels. The location is very close to Jetty 1, only 5 min walking. It's quite important for those that need a 6am ferry to other islands. I've seen not so good reviews about this hotel, and I really disagree. It was nice! Maybe people are comparing it with resorts or other luxury accommodations.

What we paid for, we got all! The location is superb, literally across wonderful Sultan park. Very close by is a museum, then all sorts of shops, restaurants, local market, promenade. The stuff was friendly, helpful with luggage, responsive promptly via Booking messages, respectful. The bed was comfortable, we slept tight. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but due to ferry changes we could only spend 1 day in Male, and Park House accepted our circumstance and amended the booking accordingly. We happily appreciated this.

Guys and girls, let's face it: we got a comfortable bed to sleep in, fresh water, clean towels, a shower, toilet, fridge, AC, fan on the top of our bed, safe, mosquito net in the bathroom, ideal location and a mutually respectful relationship with the stuff! What else do you expect for 60$ in the middle of Maldives capital??

We stayed just one night waiting for the early morning flight the day after. The facility is a bit old, but clean and well maintained. still being probably one of the cheapest stay in Malè it was very comfortable and nice. The room has everything you need and having the dinner and breakfast included is also a plus. The position is very good, close to everything you might want to see in Malé and 15mins walking from the Airport Ferry dock.

Quiet location, the hotel is at the end of an alley leading from the main road, so no traffic noise. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Got the receptionist to make the phone call for a delivery meal order. Breakfast was tasty, filling and freshly prepared and served with a smile. The hotel is just 6-7 minutes walk to jetty number 1 where I had to catch my Male - Dhiffushi speedboat.

Not easy to find the hotel. If you don't have a local sim, make sure you save the exact location in a google maps screenshot or pin it while you have a data connection. I had to get within a block before I could find people who could point me in the right direction. Cockroach on the bed :-(

Our stay at the hotel was excellent, and I would especially like to highlight the outstanding service from the hotel manager. He was always willing to assist us with anything we needed and made sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. His hospitality was truly remarkable and made our stay even more pleasant. We really appreciate his support!

Quick and clear reponse to the inquiry. Approx. 15 minutes walking to the ferry terminals. Breakfast is good, the room is comfortable and restaurants, sightseeing spots are not far. The airport ferry takes a few minutes to get to the airport or back to the city side. (As of Mar. 2024: Airport ferry costs approx. USA 1-2. Every 15 minutes between 5:30am to 21:30 and every 30 minutes between 21:30 to 23:00.)

Great location, literally just a few minutes walk from all the major landmarks. Staff is very friendly, meals are very good, bed comfortable.

Although it was not a problem for us, for some it might be a downside that stairs are a bit steep. Although, have in mind that the staff carries your suitcases up the stairs, they are very helpful.
