Everything exceeded my expectations, truly a very personalized and exceptional experience! A special thank you to our island host Majda, for going above and beyond for our comfort and happiness, our kids also loved her and looked forward to seeing her everyday! - Every single staff member always smiling and ready to help. - Breakfast was excellent and so were the other restaurants. Every meal I had during my stay was delicious. - Extremely kid friendly, everyone always made my kids very comfortable. Kids menu also very delicious! - The Villa is very spacious and housekeeping always kept it very clean. - The speedboat from and to Male airport is very comfortable. - When leaving the island to go to Male airport, a staff member escorted us and helped us in the airport all the way to before immigration, this was very helpful.

Nothing at all

The island offers pure relaxation. It already starts at the airport, where the friendly groundstaff immediately starts taking any weight off your shoulders and takes care of all formalities. A big shoutout to Nafeel who constantly provided us with updates on the status of the seaplane. Upon arrival on the island, your personal butler takes care of all formalities and you are guided to your villa within minutes. The villas are spacious and very well equipped, in particular a Dyson hairdryer, outdoor shower, two sinks, a freestanding bathtub and a giant rainshower within the bathroom. The bed is comfortable and, of course, has ocean view and electric curtains. The patio offers various seating possibilities as does the rooftop. If you are a stargazer you can just lie there, have a drink and watch the stars and the moon go by. Each water villa has direct access to the sea where you can snorkel and discover all sorts of fish (including reef sharks and rays which we could spot as well). The villa was very well maintained and housekeeping did a thorough job in cleaning and refilling twice a day - if only other hotels would take such good care! Everything on the island is in walking distance, but the staff is also happy to take you with a buggy. The dining outlets are excellent and offer a great variety of food. Especially the breakfast buffet has everything you can ask for plus an impressive menu for freshly made egg and other dishes. The staff is attentive, fast and really thorough. The ice cream parlor is another benefit of this ressort. Homemade and tasty. And if you crave good coffee, the Cafe Lounge has what you need. Overall, our stay has been terriffic and relaxing because everything was so well organized. We will certainly visit again.

One thing that one should be mindful of - although it is not a real issue - is that if your villa faces the lagoon (towards the SPA), you will notice jetskis and motorized vehicles from the water sport center on their way to the open sea. On their way they keep of course a safe distance to the villas. However, if you do not want to hear the noise at all, you should arrange for another villa.

Everything was perfect. However, the overall experience ruined by the quality of the speed boat.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the speed boat, which supposed to be a luxary one. The quality was not up to the expectation given the price paid, and the long trip (1hour) from the resort to the airpor.

It was quiet and private... not disturbed

The gym was not clean. I raised complained on day 2, to the girl in the gym and her manager Nina. I pointed out the dust on the floor, window ledges and gym equipment. It was very well cleaned that day. However the 3rd day I used the room where classes and stretching occurs in the gym The floor was VERY dirty and dusty. I was on the floor on a mat... I could see dirt everywhere. I had already said to Nina (manager) the importance to vacuum every day (sand, dirt, dust broughtbin ftom outside) But obviously my advice was not taken on board. For a 5 star facility, it does not meet my expectations. Gym floors needs to be vacuumed EVERY day

It is my first visit to the maldives, just cant say more than my stay at Jumeirah was extraordinary, our host Saajy was very helpful, happy, smiling, willing to give more anytime we asked for something. The time we entered Male airport until the resort and the way back was very comfortable, always someone from Jumeirah resort ready to assist with everything. The villa was so clean, service around the restore was perfect, plenty of activities, and a coffee shop with great sunset view. Will visit again

Everything was excellent, with the best facilities and service.Really enjoyed my stay there; it was really relaxing and opulent. My kids, who are 20, 15, and 9 years old, and I were there. And I want to offer a special mention to our Butler, Mr. Asif. He was a really helpful man, and we appreciated how quickly and nicely he provided service. I'd rank this resort a 10 out of 10, and I really liked that they didn't let us wait in the lobby when we arrived they checked us in quickly

A truly magical place! A small Heaven on earth! Everything was exceptional and the service is really tailored around every small personal need we had! Hats off to Stephanie who was instrumental throughout the stay!

We rarely take the time with my wife to leave an evaluation on booking for the hotels we book but given the excellence of this establishment we are obliged to do so! We have rarely seen such a quality service! Thank you to Asif, Makua and Mahmoud for contributing to this wonderful moment. The Villas on stilts are incredible, the impeccable room cleaning service not to mention the restaurants where the food is excellent. Until the deposit of our luggage on the plane for our return, we were accompanied by staff who did not hesitate to wait as long as we did at the airport for boarding. In short, we highly recommend this hotel which deserves its success on Booking!
