We stayed here for our honeymoon and have no regrets! The food was really nice, lovely choice of restaurants and the buffet set up ran like a well oiled machine with lots of variety, plenty of clear allergen information and good stations where the chef prepared your food. The staff's customer service is of a really high standard, everyone is approachable and helpful and such a pleasure to be around. The resort enviorment definitely had an eco / botanical feel which made it very easy for us to feel instantly realxed and dettached from everyday stresses!

The resort dogs of which there are many. If you're a dog person like many people are this won't be an issue for you. If you're not a dog person you can still rest assured the dogs are well trained and don't bother you unless you want them to. However having dogs drooling staring by you whilst you eat a snack was the only thing that bothered us a little during this stay. The gym is really outdated compared to a few other resorts on the island, this is a fussy point for the select few who like to train whilst away!

From the moment we arrived at Lagoon Attitude, our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Every single person we interacted with went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special, so personally want to thank those who made such an impact on our stay. Emilie from Headquarters was so great and helped with our bookings with such warmth that immediately set the tone for the holiday. The reception team deserves huge appreciation: Mattieu, Anesh, and Noshima were consistently helpful, patient, and welcoming throughout our stay. Dining was truly memorable at KOT NOU, a huge thank you to Reena (remarkable woman), Akilesh, Sohel, Paras, Tina, for their hospitality and genuine care. Also a quick shout-out to Prince, who walked us over to KOT NOU. They serve the best authentic Mauritian food, especially thanks to Chef Manev, Chef Sandhya and Niven who were outstanding. For brunch, Ratee looked after us perfectly. The team at Benetier made our dining experience even more special—Fayash, Julein, Aditya, and Nitish, who surprised my wife with a delicious Pad Thai dish, were incredible. A big shoutout to Saira, the omelette chef, whose creations started our mornings off beautifully. At Coral, Parmel made every interaction a joy. For drinks, Henna’s service was always full of warmth. We were also blown away by the dedication of the marine biology team, Yash and Raisha, who shared their passion and knowledge in such an engaging way. For entertainment and sports, Keshua brought such positive energy and enthusiasm—we thoroughly enjoyed the activities. Our room was always spotless and comfortable, thanks to Emily and Narayan, whose care and attention did not go unnoticed. This trip would not have been the same without all these amazing individuals. Every smile, every thoughtful gesture, and every effort made us feel valued. Thank you for the memorable honeymoon, I truly recommend lagoon attitude. The Mauritian people's kindness and work ethics are truly inspiring.

We didn't like our experience with the boathouse. We booked a snorkeling trail, and it was almost a traumatic event because my wife and I are not good swimmers, and the crew didn't really make us feel safe at all.

Everyone in the hotel was super friendly, especially those who worked in the restaurants and bars! The food was always out of this world in every single one of the restaurants. The room service even cleaned our room TWICE a day! All in all we had an amazing honeymoon thanks to everyone working there!

The area for swimming at the beach was a bit small but it was still quite ok. The operation manual for the jacuzzi in the room is a bit misleading; we were not able to operate it on our first day there, but the next day the management sent technicians to help us with operating it, as well as a bottle of sparkling wine to the room as an apology for not being able to use it for the first day. All in all everything was almost perfect!

Where to start! We have been blown away by our experience at the Lagoon Attitude. We cannot recommend a stay there enough. Reasons we chose it - adults only, good price, approach to eco tourism. Upon arrival , checking in was prompt and welcoming. We really liked that you were given a tour of the site , talking through all the amenities available, how to book restaurants, and the hotels values and their approach to sustainable and environmentally friendly tourism. We had a lovely whirlpool suite, light and airy, clean, quiet, good shower and very comfy bed. We went half board but lots of options for lunch if needed. We loved the Taba J serving Mauritian street food - delicious dhall puri, chilli cakes and roti. The food throughout our trip was 5 star standard. The buffet breakfasts were amazing - so much choice and everything made on site. There were 3 restaurants that you could book to eat in the evening, all included - Asian, Mauritian and fish. However the evening buffet was again amazing, each evening themed to a particular cuisine. We particularly enjoyed the Chefs gala night buffet on a Wednesday, the staff going all out to give you an amazing eating experience. The site itself was beautiful, clean , quiet and chilled. Lots of places to chill- 3 pools, bars, a small stretch of private beach. Entertainment every evening if that's what you want. Water based activities included - glass bottomed boat trips, kayaking, snorkeling and diving. We particularly loved the hotels ethos around sustainable tourism. Their approach to protecting the environment and supporting the local economy and community is outstanding. Their marine biology centre provides education about the reef and local marine life and works towards educating its visitors and the local community, offering workshops and accompanied trips out into the ocean. For us, the best part of our stay were the lovely lovely staff.

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the staff treated us with such warmth and care. The attention to detail throughout the resort was outstanding. A special mention to Begum from housekeeping—she was absolutely lovely and ensured our room was spotless every day. The reception team was incredibly welcoming and always ready to assist with anything we needed. We truly felt looked after. The restaurant staff were equally wonderful—friendly, attentive, and efficient. And the food… wow! Every meal was like a journey around the world. The pasta was my absolute favourite!

Swimming pools were not heated as advertised.

We spent the last days of our honeymoon at this resort and we enjoyed it very much. Firstly, a surprise champagne waited us in the room. The food was amazing wherever we ate. There were an abundance of sunbeds by all pools and the beach, not one location felt crowded. We loved the different programs organized by the hotel - e.g. snorkelling trail, concerts in the evening. The staff was extremely welcoming and supportive. The gym and tennis courts were also great, we used them on multiple occasions. Also, the all inclusive package is very recommended - we could benefit from it a great deal: our plane departed only in the evening, but even after checking out, we could use the whole facility and could still eat/drink the whole day.

Three things: 1) the beach was much more murky than at other parts of the island, so we rather swam in the pools, which was a pity. 2) the cocktails were not of the best quality. 3) we wanted to book some restaurants in advance, but could not manage via email. It would be great if the hotel provided a better opportunity to book the activities and make dinner reservations prior to arrival because if you are not spending 1-2 weeks here, you can miss some of them easily.

The whole ambiance was welcoming, friendly, harmonious and totally relaxed The staff went out of their way to help and made you feel personally valued not just a number. The food in all restaurants was absolutely delicious- beautifully presented and with subtle flavours. Always a great selection and cooked perfectly. The restaurant staff were always prepared to talk through and explain dishes. The setting and gardens are outstanding and beautifully maintained Plenty of sunbeds and shaded areas if needed Evening entertainment was of a very high standard

This resort has everything you need for an extended stay: different restaurants, lots of different activities, and a great location with a private beach. The rooms are spacious and the staff go out of their way to accommodate any request. The à la carte restaurants are excellent compared to the buffet restaurant, which is just alright.

It wasn't easy to book a spot in the à la carte restaurants because everything was full when we tried booking right after checking in. Fortunately, we received help from a manager and were able to secure a table at different restaurants on two of the five nights we were at the hotel.

Amaizing stay. We traveled to Mauritius to celebrate my birthday. Émilie from the office made our stay something we didn't expect at all. We got a fantastic room with an incredible view, thank you very much for that. The staff were absolutely amazing, everyone was helpful, I would like to mention Reva who has worked magic for us several times to get reservations at the a la carte restaurants, and to have a wonderful birthday evening at Coral restaurant. Completely unexpectedly, Nathon sang a song for me, I got a birthday cake and the best treatment from the whole team Isha, Akshay, Deepansu and Yuvrat. The staff at the reception were very helpful and nice. We hope to come back!

Facilities were great, lots of options for sunbathing including a pool that was sheltered from the wind. Kot Nou was fantastic and we had excellent service from all the staff for the entirely of our stay, special shoutout to Kirshna the head waiter. The 3 resturants at the resort were sublime and the Wave bar's cocktails were top notch. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Our room was spacious and we appreciated the resort's commitment to being eco friendly.

Only minor complaints. The spa while beautiful and very relaxing could have some music in the background to minimize disturbances from outside. The bathroom smelt a little of damp and the mini fridge made some odd noises.
