Wow. Where to begin? We had the most relaxing 5 night stay at C-Mauritius. I have never before felt so well rested after a vacation as I did following this trip. The resort itself was the perfect size, not too big or too small with direct access to the beach. We loved how everything was just so well thought of, we literally didn’t want for anything during our whole stay. The rooms were spacious, housekeeping very thorough, bed was super comfy and it was always a nice touch to come back to the bar fridge that was restocked daily. The food was consistently delicious and varied with each meal, the cocktails were made really well and premium alcohol was included in the package. Not to mention the best full body massage I have ever received and the incredible hospitality of each and every staff member, without exception. I can’t recommend this resort enough if you are looking for a calm and relaxing, beachside stay. We could lie on the beach eating and sipping cocktails forever. A word to the wise though, if you are looking for a resort with many activities and night time entertainment/access to the nightlife, perhaps consider somewhere else as you may be disappointed. The lack thereof wasn’t a problem for us though, as quiet and relaxing was exactly what we were looking for and got.

The only really unpleasant aspect of our stay was the very windy conditions on the east coast of the island at the time of our trip, which laying by the beach a bit unpleasant at times. It would get extremely windy and cold as the day progressed. This is obviously no fault of the resort or hotel itself but worth considering if you are traveling around September.

We spent woderful 10 days at the resort (including our wedding anniversary) and loved it very much. Some of the many highlights summarized: super friendly, helpful and child-friendly staff, resort app (you were able to arrange everything via whatsapp), beautiful beach with many (water) sports opportunities included in the all inclusive package (only exception kitesurfing), tasty food (especially the Asian restaurant but the main buffet one and the bistro are also nice and in the bars you get nice driks or good coffee), spatious rooms, beautiful pools, spa, gym…

The only two things to consider when booking (not really downsides but to be aware of): - if you want to see more of Mauritius, you will need to travel quite long (up to 2 hrs one way) to the best spots. We did not plan to do too many trips (only on two days) so it was not an issue. -it is not a hotel with a kids club. This means there are no kids facilities (except for a play room) and it is also not bareer free (with tne stroller a bit annoying). Yet, we were aware of it when booking and our daughter was not bored there at all (she only missed a real playground) and the hotel made sure we had everything we needed (cot, trash bin for nappies, kids menu in the restaurants, arranged babysitting)

Before booking C Mauritius, I'd looked at many of the reviews from previous guests who all had a fantastic experience so I had very high expectations, and these were exceeded. From arrival through to leaving, we were looked after by the whole team and nothing was too much trouble for them. The drinks list and cocktails were particularly good for an all inclusive resort and the buffet selection was amazing too - we were very well looked after by Moon and Krishna in the main bar and Nishta in the restaurant who made our stays fantastic and truly memorable. The excursions offered in the hotel were also 10/10 - made some great friends on a day boat trip which I would recommend to anyone. We also swam with wild dolphins which was an incredible experience too. I will be recommending this to all friends and family if they were to visit Mauritius.

The resort offered great value for money. The relaxed and family-friendly atmosphere made it the perfect choice for our holiday with our children and grand-children. The food was excellent, the seafood over New Year being a particular highlight. The New Years Eve party was truly outstanding. The resort went above and beyond to organise a fantastic celebration, complete with an impressive fireworks display. Room service was impressively speedy. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring we felt welcome and cared for throughout our visit. Thank you for making our stay and New Year's Eve celebration so memorable. We look forward to returning in the future and will happily recommend your resort to friends and family.

Sparkling Wines: No sparkling wines were included in the package. As these are often a popular choice, their absence was a bit disappointing. Cold Drinks in Cans: While cold drinks in cans were available for purchase, they were not included in the package. Having them as part of the offering would have enhanced the experience. Diet Cold Drinks: The room bar did not include any diet cold drinks, which could be an inconvenience for guests who prefer low-calorie beverage options.

Our stay at C Mauritius was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for an unforgettable holiday. The resort itself is stunning, with a perfect blend of natural beauty and modern comfort, but it’s the staff and amenities that truly make it stand out. One of the highlights of our trip was the array of free water activities available. Whether it was windsurfing, paddleboarding, or kayaking, there was always something exciting to do. It was such a treat to have these experiences included in the stay. Another highlight is the food and the fine alcohol / wine selection which definitely stood out as a very high class value. Speaking of the staff, they are the heart and soul of C Mauritius. Every member of the team went above and beyond to make sure we felt pampered and cared for. Their genuine friendliness, attention to detail, and willingness to assist with any request truly made this stay one to remember. Whether it was at the restaurants, by the pool, or during the activities, the team consistently exceeded expectations. A special thank you to Kevin, Vella, Wadick and Naresh for going the extra mile and making our time at C Mauritius so special. We can’t wait to return to this little slice of paradise!

The resort is so beautiful with a wonderful beach. The beach is a paradise for water sports. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Any small problems we had were swiftly resolved. The food was stellar, and we were always looking forward to see what the chefs had cooked up. The variety alone is enough to satisfy even the most picky eater. This is all then topped by access to a huge selection of wines from their cellar, meaning each meal was simply a delightful experience. The room is spacious and very well designed with lots of practical touches. Bed was super comfy.

The coffee could be better

Overall, it was such a great experience for a family with a 1 year old. • Loved the outdoors, so much vegetation and plants. So green, esthetic, zen. Nice beach and crystal blue water. Nice beach bar with good cocktails. • Beautuful infinity pools - although not too large, they were just enough for our needs. • Friendly and welcoming staff. Especially at the restaurant, they were so nice, helpful, and smiley with us and our baby. We had some special food-related requirements for the baby, and they were always happy to help. • The food - it was a feast! Sooooo delicious, large variety, accomodating various cousines (international and local) and many vegetarian options. • The room - after the first night we changed with another room, at ground level, with direct access to the pool. We liked it a lot. Staying on our terrace, we had a direct view of the pool, beach, ocean, and all surrounding greenery. Very nice.

No complaints, just a couple of mentions: • The bathroom set-up: there is no door/ full wall that separates the bedroom from the bathroom. This means that the light and noise aren't really separated between the two areas (a bit of a turn-off for us, since our baby was sleeping early and we had to be quiet and limit the light even at the bathroom). Moreover, both the toilet room and the shower area had some open space above their respective doors, so there was no real privacy and no soundproof. • Breakfast - although delicious and with many options available, it was identical every single day. In comparison with lunch and dinner where many of the food options changed daily.

I chose this hotel based on good reviews and need to say every single day spent there worth it. The room was spacious and cosy, and I liked that everything in the hotel (rooms, reception, restaurants, bars, beach) was well concerned and located just next to each other. The food was of very good quality and all deserts were delicious. Would like to mention specifically very high level of service and how amazing and super friendly all the staff is, always smiling and attentive to details. Special thanks to Anasthasia from the reception. For overall experience surely one of the best hotels I ever stayed.

Necessity to sign ‘0’ bill every time you get something in restaurants/bars even though the resort is all inclusive.

First the staff. Wonderful, friendly, super helpful! Great service, always with a smile and kindness!! Shout out to Kevin and team who even knew my preferences already! The resort was super quiet, amazing for a few days of rest. If one’s bored, there’s loads of activities to do in and around the hotel. Several bars available, loads of places to eat with many choices and quality food. Live music quite often. Great selection of drinks, the vast majority included in the all inclusive package. One other thing I also really appreciated were the facilities for guests that are not checked in, you can shower, change and go enjoy the beach or the pool. With that I could fully enjoy my stay without having to make plans to go to another place until I could check-in or leave for the airport. The wifi was surprisingly ok!

I am overall very happy and these are just small improvement suggestions that don’t interfere with my positive opinion. One thing was the noise coming from the bar, which seemed out of place given how tranquil the resort is. Recommend controlling that, people can still have a good time with music, does not need to be blasting. Snacks in the bedroom could have a healthier selection. Would be nice to have a book in the room either the list of activities, checking that on a busy website on your phone is not easy. More tv channels: I’m lucky to be a football fan, had plenty to watch - other than that only sky news and 2/3 more would work for me.

A huge compliment to the complete staff of C Mauritius!!! That was outstanding service. Everybody was in a way helpful which you will not find in a lot of countries. Really a big compliment. We had a room change because of repairs, which was organized great and fast. The standard rooms are a bit older and darker in the design, therefore it makes sense to invest into the new upgraded rooms. The food is great and mostly for everybody, the staff will find something nice to eat, drink or relax. Just ask and the team will reply with a warm smile and a solution. It was a super nice, easy and relaxed atmosphere in the hotel which we really enjoyed. Compare to other hotels, you don´t feel the other guests that much. Enough sunbeds are available and the beach is one of the best in Mauritius. No stones, easy access, great for children (March 2025). We were also at Le Morne beach, was nice, but the beach was better in our hotel. This hotel is really a great reommendation for lazy days at the beach.
