ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING! From the time we arrived, we were welcomed by warm smiles and amazing hospitality. Upon arrival, we were given refresher towels and thereafter, a beautiful welcome drink. The staff are exceptional and are helpful in so many ways. Lets start with the room. The room was amazing. Stunning, modern and neat and had amazing views overlooking the outside pool. Our daughter loved the kids club house. They had amazing and stimulating activities for kids. The club house staff were professional and so caring. This made us feel so at ease whenever we were without our daughter. We had the sense of comfort that she was in safe hands and she would always come back to tell us how much fun they had. I cannot express enough how amazing they were. Let's talk about the food. They have various restaurants available but we mostly ate at La Citro Nelle. The food here was exceptional. Not only were there a variety of different foods to choose from, but everything was fresh and tasty. Plenty of amazing desserts to choose from! The service of the restaurant staff were also amazing! Lastly, some general aspects of the resort. The views are absolutely mesmerizing. From the walks to the pools, to the beach or to the restaurants, you will be completely in awe by the beauty of it all. Everything is clean, neat, organized and beautifully placed. We will definitely go back.

There is nothing that we did not like

The resort is beautiful and big. The beach is wonderful, the stuff is very polite and friendly. We celebrated our honeymoon so they put in our room white sparkling wine and fruits, and invited us for a dinner in one of the resort’s restaurants - was great! Also, once a week the management of the hotel are doing a management cocktail gathering and they pick a few hotel’s guests to come and to say pros and cons about the hotel, it was nice. Very big dining room with lots of options. Lots of pools in the resort.

1. The resort, like others, is giving the option to do some water activities, when we arrived and wanted to book snorkelling, they told us that they place only 4 days from now which wasn’t relevant because we checked out by then. 2. The room was nice and good size, but there were few problems. First the hot and cold tap in the bathtub didn’t work, we needed to call a guy to fix it. Second, the shower was leaking to the bathroom floor and to the toilet. Third, The toilet glass door didn’t close properly. 3. This category of room is a bit far away from the dining area and reception 4. Not many places in the parking lot. 5. The stuff don’t really help/know with recommendations about attractions and restaurants outside the hotel

Amazing facilities and great staff who will do anything to make your stay amazing. For adults this resort is amazing. The golf courses next door are absolutely stunning. If you call reception they’ll pick you up in a golf buggy and bring you wherever. It’s amazing.

The kids club is outdated and far from all other facilities. Also, babysitter 1-on-1 required for ages below 4. The pools are all quite deep for kids to play in except the small plunge pool in the kids club. Not the ideal stay for young kids.

Absolutely stunning resort and great care is taken to maintain it/ keep it immaculate. There were plenty of pools to choose from, including a whisper pool to escape the children at the other pools. Sun loungers weren’t hogged like they can be at other resorts and staff were proactive at removing towels on unused sun loungers. There were plenty of sun loungers on the beach, giving a feeling of space and relaxation without being overlooked by other guests. The rooms were spacious, clean and tended to well, and included a turn down service whilst you were out for dinner. The food options were great and plenty of a la carte restaurants to choose from - although do book ahead early into your stay to avoid disappointment. We were very impressed with the quality of food. We were lucky to have stayed when there was a culinary festival on, although that did mean some more restaurants were closed more often than usual. We managed to have a meal cooked by a 2* Michelin chef whilst we were there too! Staff were friendly, receptive to feedback and eager to please. Spa facilities were gorgeous and the spa team were experienced and we valued their expertise.

We had made clear that we were there on our honeymoon and our room wasn’t made up to reflect this. After a conversation with the team this was very briefly resolved and the team made up for it throughout the rest of our stay, which we were very thankful for. Like previously mentioned, book the restaurants ahead and early into your stay.

We liked the atmosphere, and the staff services, they are very helpful, especially Pratisha and her colleague Selvam, they are really awesome, and we are really appreciated to them for their support. In general resort is worth to stay in, we really enjoyed it. We recommend it for couples, as it’s very quiet. My regards Khalid

We didn’t like the room’s smell as well as bed’s smell, it’s not good and we didn’t expect it.

I think drinks should be included in breakfast and dinner package. The beach should clean 2 times in a day because of seagrass. And noone tell us about drinks are not included your package

The resort felt like we were in paradise. The beach and the layout of the hotel are wonderful and made us feel very relaxed. The housekeeping team, the breakfast service team and the sommelier manager in the buffet restaurant were always nice and welcoming. I’d also like to mention your gym team, namely Jose and Steven whose classes I very much enjoyed and because of their positive, supportive attitude and fun style, I went to the gym almost every day during our stay. :) The guest relations team surprised us with a wonderful romantic dinner for our wedding anniversary celebration which really made our day special. The hotel offers a great breakfast and a good variety of restaurants. The room was comfortable with a lovely balcony that had 2 armchairs.

Unfortunately upon departure the luggage pickup got delayed by 45 minutes which led to our driver waiting for a long time. It wasn’t a pleasant departure experience. Additionally I have to say that we found the attitude of the staff in the boutique quite negative and unfriendly. I understand that they’re a third party company but I felt like it needed to be mentioned.

Hotel is situated in a beautiful lagoon, ocean is breathtaking. Hotel is well maintained with lots of in house activities. It’s rather big but never felt too crowded, lots of space on the beach and around the pools. Staff was exceptional, special gratitude goes to our villa manager Parmen and our buggy driver Kailash, the check in lady was lovely too, dint remember her name unfortunately. Spa and kids club were lovely. A few restaurants to choose from, we highly recommend La Spiaggia, lovely place!

Our experience at Deer Hunter restaurant wasn’t the best one. Staff wasn’t very friendly and food was very average.

I've stayed in 6 of the resort hotels on the island and this is by far my favourite. It's very well designed, so from the main restaurant to the pools, you never feel crowded. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Staff are very friendly and well-trained. A massage at the spa is a must. Snorkelling is definitely worth doing. No booking of chairs at the pools/beachfront, which is awesome. All in all, a great stay (our second time) and we'll be back. Highly recommend!

I asked for a room far away from the entertainment at the bar, which I got. However, the "DJ"/person responsible for the sound doesn't understand sound. The result is a monotonous sub-base thumping, reverberating throughout the walls, deep into the resort, which isn't great if you're looking for peaceful nights. It doesn't last long fortunately, but could be easily solved if the music was mixed properly. I'm sure the hotel will look into it.

We were upgraded to a Junior Suite which was superb. We appreciated the Serenity Pool that was reserved for guests who were seeking tranquillity (while the other pools welcomed families seeking more fun). The food and beverage outlets provided us with plenty of options over 10 days. We would recommend crossing the road to The Deerhunter restaurant that overlooks the Legends golf course. They even organised a birthday cake for our dessert, which was very kind. We also had delicious food at La Citronelle buffet (which also served breakfast each morning that, quite honestly, was the best buffet breakfast we've ever had). On our final day, we really appreciated the Courtesy Lounge where there were showers, comfy chairs, and free tea & coffee as our flight did not leave until late in the evening. Free snorkeling and golf (we only paid for buggy & clubs hire) were enjoyed. Final shout out to every staff member who greeted us and made us feel welcome (and a special mention to Esmerelda and the housekeeping team who kept our suite spotless throughout our stay and even made us two swans out of towels for my birthday).

It is a huge resort spread over a large area that may not be to everyone's taste, but we never felt crowded.
