It was a wonderful hotel - perfect size - intimate and everything is pretty much on your door step! With a beach literally foot steps away from your room. A wonderful well priced spa and the most amazing treatments. The staff were exceptional and some of the kindest people I have ever met. Nothing was ever too much. I couldn’t recommend this hotel anymore than what I have said above. A special thank you to the following staff members who made our stay perfect. Seasense: from the moment we arrived until the day of our departure, our experience at this exceptional hotel has been nothing short of extraordinary. The reception team welcomed us with the utmost professionalism, ensuring every aspect of our stay was seamless and personalized. The culinary offerings were truly remarkable, with an ever-evolving menu of creative and refined chef’s suggestions that delighted the senses. Breakfast and dining always very well served by Aaron and Sylvana. Our accommodations—both the room and bathroom—were immaculate, reflecting meticulous attention to cleanliness and comfort. Room service operated at the highest level, delivering impeccable service with efficiency and care. The spa provided an oasis of tranquility, offering a sublime escape, while the beach itself was simply a dream. Special mention must be given to Thierry, whose attentiveness and warmth made our beach experience even more enjoyable. The entire team exuded genuine hospitality, always greeting us with sincere smiles that brightened each moment. Above all, the atmosphere of this extraordinary place was pure magic—from the very first day to the last. A truly unforgettable experience.

An incredible stay at this lovely hotel. We stayed in the beach / ocean rooms - so had the warm ocean breeze throughout the day and night blowing into our patio and room. The manager is amazing. His whole team are hardworking, well trained, extremely professional and the level of service from all the staff was exceptional. The beach was immaculate. Spa treatment/ massage was lovely and very reasonably priced. If you are looking for a resort with lots of activities and entertainment- then this perhaps is not the place to stay. However if you are looking for a resort that is Luxurious, tranquil and beautiful - this is the perfect place to stay.

The sea around the resort is not the best for swimming compared to other areas of the island. Snorkelling isn’t really possible either. But this definitely wouldn’t put us off staying again - as there are places nearby that are easily accessible to swim and snorkel.

The vue from the hotel was great, the staff at the restaurant and the bar were honestly amazing. Especially Ali and Yachiv who made our stay even more special.

I was very upset (and still am) that my favorite white sweater return blue after requesting it to be washed.

From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel was flawless. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and it only got better from there. The hotel itself was perfect—clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The food was also perfect. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal was delicious and beautifully presented. You can tell the chefs take pride in what they do. But what really made our stay unforgettable was the staff. They were genuinely friendly, helpful, and professional at every turn. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. In short, this hotel exceeded every expectation. We can’t wait to come back!

One of the best hotel I’ve stayed in. Most likely the best beach in the country. when you are there all the other beaches in the country will look average. Really calm and peaceful hotel it’s the best for a relaxing stay. Great location and facilities with complimentary water sport equipment available. Supportive staff with great room and set up. highly recommend it!

Only downside is the restaurant. They have different restaurant in the same location. My advise is to stay clear from the semi pension as the restaurant ti morris and it’s selection of the day are really not to the level of the hotel I probably ate there my worst dish in many years. In my opinion the breakfast is also not to the hotel’s level and standing you would expect. it’s ok at best. The Japanese restaurant is good but it’s not the type of food you are looking for in Mauritius. Don’t get me wrong amazing hotel but the food is not to its level :).

Nice boutique 5 stars hotel. The entire staff is friendly and happy to resolve your problems. Jude the responsible guy for the boat trip is a great and nice guy, ready to offer you an unique experience. Kevin the room keaper was really open to resolve our issues and the clean was just GREAT ! So, everything is nice, the price was decent for the entire experience. The food is excelent and the drinks as well. A BIG thank you !

The prices in the resort are a lil' bit higher than expected. Would be nice to have more entartaining during the dinner.

Peaceful location, adults only small boutique hotel, right on the little beach with easy walk to a public Palmar beach. We stayed in the Ocean Suite, just a few meters away from the beach and sunloungers. Amazing sunrises from the private partio area. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We had massages in the SPA, reasonable priced and enjoyable. We chose half board when booked, with Breakfast and Dinner included. Breakfast buffet - great selection of crepes, wafles, fruit, juices and savoury options. Dinner- beatifully presented and large menu with good variety of meals to chose from.

Alcoholl prices are very high and when you order wine by glass you get very little of it in comparison to the UK small glass content. Some meals options in the menu and themed dinner nights are at a supplement - prices are way too high

The hotel is on the stunning Belle Mare beach with its long stretch of soft white sand, this boutique hotel offers a perfect mix of romance, calm, and comfort. The atmosphere was peaceful and beautifully designed—especially the beach area, where palm trees and charming smaller trees offered just the right amount of shade over the sunbeds. What truly made our stay exceptional was the service. The staff were genuinely the friendliest we’ve ever encountered, always attentive and incredibly personal in their approach. They remembered the smallest details of our preferences, which made us feel seen and cared for throughout the stay. We especially want to highlight Sylvana, who welcomed us every morning with the warmest smile. She made sure our usual breakfast order was taken care of without us needing to ask—she is very thoughtful, kind and attentive. A big shoutout also goes to Thierry, the beach boy, who was full of positive energy and so helpful. He took care of everything by the beach with the highest standards, making our days by the beach feel relaxed and carefree. Due to an electrical issue in our original room, we were generously upgraded to the Presidential Sea View Suite. This kind gesture by the hotel manager meant a lot to us—especially since we were celebrating our engagement. The upgrade made our stay even more memorable and romantic. The food at the hotel was delicious, and the common areas were tastefully decorated, reflecting the boutique feel of the place. Everything was done with care and style. We felt completely looked after from start to finish, with no worries at all—just pure relaxation. H
