Very clean, great location close to the oasis of Hope Hospital for cancer. The staff was wonderful very accommodating for my later arrival and the breakfast at the restaurant next-door was exceptional. All the weight staff and the chef at the restaurant were awesome and very friendly and cordial truly professional operation the people there seem to take pride in their work and the cleanliness was beyond typical. They also had security on entry to the parking lot. I felt very secure parking might vehicle outdoors at nightand walking around the premises. Great place.

I liked that it was close to the beach. The rooms were very spacious. Never went into the pool because it was cold and during hurricane season. It was close enough to the US that I could actually use my cell phone since I had no international cell phone service. I would stay there again.

I would of liked it better if it had an ice machine. I had medicine that needed to be kept cold and they were nice enough to let me put in their personal refrigerator until I was ready to leave.

The staff is very friendly and they are always checking if you need help with anything

Perhaps the breakfast that comes with the room could use some variety

Value to price is great, but most importantly the service received by all employees they stand out, specially by Cynthia.

The bathroom hand sink needs a cover-lid or filter, since otherwise you can get the sewage odors.

The location was close to the beach, but not a very nice beach at all. So far from the Center and everything else.

Nice location, easy to find ans convenient location. Affordable.

Heating the pool during the cold months would be nice.

I really enjoyed the location and how close it was to the beach.

I didn’t like that it had no desk area, not microwave or a fridge at all. it was pretty basic for the price. I heard through here that there was breakfast but I was never told of this by the staff so I missed out on that.

Everything in the room was new and high quality the pool was nice and the restaurant was a great value for the price. Definitely will return! 24 hour security was a bonus.

We love that it is safe, especially for your vehicle. They have 24 hr armed security at all times, parking inside. We love the rooms, the jacuzzi room is a great value. Also a restaurant on site and there is bomb taco stand across street and also a liquor store across street as well. We have stayed other places at playas de TJ, but since we stayed here, we will continue to do so. Clean, friendly staff and safety! love it. They have a pool too!
