Location is superb!! Literally the closest hotel to the beach, onlya few steps walking and you're in the beach. There is a 24-hour convenience store just outside too.

Food issue: They do not allow to bring outside food to your room. Towel issue: We booked for 3 people, and they only left 2 towels and ONE shampoo tiny bottle. I called to reception at 5 am to request another towel at least (given that we had our own toiletries), and the lady said the cleaning staff would not start until 7am, so I couldn't get one straight away... I had to firmly request one ASAP, as we had an early flight, etc.; at the end, a random guy brought us the extra towel with an unfriendly face.

I arrived early in my work pants and ,a black shirt. ( Police officer).. and I was planning to change in the room before my wife arrived. However one of the hotel security, treated me rudely.. not knowing I was actually checking in. He then changed his attitude after finding out I was a guest. However this was unpleasant. Then after finding out I was a police officer he tried to be friendly.. I don't believe a person's job should determine the way they are going to be treated. I believe everybody should be treated with respect. Also beds are a little uncomfortable.

The Staff was amazing! I loved that room service wasn't an extra charge and the food was great!

The walls are thin so you hear everything. One night it was obvious that parent had left their young children alone in the room next to ours so we heard screaming children until 2:30am. The children were obviously left to themselves because they were jumping off the furniture and made such a ruckus that even with earplugs they shook our room.

Everything was good, room clean, bed comfortable, location was great.

Elevator broke,and was not repaired promptly.We were in the 4th floor so I had to use the stairs which was really hard on my legs and knees since I'm 69 years old and have weak knees. I was in pain for days and could hardly walk. Thankfully we had only booked for 2 nights at Jatay. No fridge or microwave was a bummer

The location is perfect. The beach is across the street. Many different delicious foods to try. Many restaurants to pick from. Walmart nearby.

The area has many new construction and many buildings needing TLC. The hotel has only 1 elevator and the lighting isn't good, ladies take a led mirror

The hotel is clean, the bedroom was clean and comfortable, nice spacious bathroom. Efficient and silent heater.

The window glass did not fit the frame on one side so even with the window closed it was still as if slightly opened. Hence sound from the street and cool air coming through at night.

Is so close to the beach restaurant Faena in 5th floor was excellent, very good food @good price the staff people is super nice and helpful 😀

The #1 thing that each room needs is a mini refrigerator. There is room under the cabinet for one. I also think that the underground parking needs to be assigned per reservation and not first come.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Indoor 24 hours parking lot and very secure. Restaurant in the 5th floor was great and very convenient. Close to everything. Beach front.

Rooms were small for a family of 3 or 4 and a little noise, other than my family feel safe and welcomed.
