Everything at the hotel was excellent. We requested a room on the ground floor and it was nice that the staff actually followed through with our request. The room was clean and very spacious. The pool is very nice - in the afternoon, you can see hauler monkeys and macaws in the trees. The restaurant serves simple food, but it hits the spot if you are looking for convenience.

A mini fridge inside the room would be very nice given how hot it is outside. The spa services were good but the service rooms need softer lighting and a nicer ambiance.

The Hotel is located near the archaeological site of Palenque. There is lots of space in a tropical garden to walk around. We saw monkeys, Aras, lots of butterflies and kolibris. We had breakfast in the restaurant and it was very good. The people at the reception helped us with everything we needed, they even printed some documents we needed for travelling. I can highly recommend this hotel, it’s near the town but very quiet and relaxing.

Magnificent quiet place in a forest setting. The rooms are extremely comfortable, arranged in a forest-like garden, with patio and hammock to enjoy the music of the forest. The shower pressure, was powerful. The best I've had in Mexico! The onsite restaurant is a blessing, and the food is excellent.

They claim to be ecological but they're not: water supplied in small plastic bottles, no offer to not change the towels every day... But most especially, the restaurant menu is available through QR code only. This covid measure needs to be abandoned. What is less ecological and more stupid than to work a server at the other end of the world to know what menu is offered onsite?

Very friendly staff. housekeeping went into the room daily to clean and replenish the towels, excellent surprise. Bathroom and shower area is very plain, water splashes into the toilet area since there isn't a curtain or door in the shower but they provide fresh towels daily so we can use them as floor mat.

Restaurant is good but there aren't too many options. fair prices

The pool is the centerpiece of the property. It was a perfect temperature and surrounded by the jungle. The front end at the infinity ♾️ side looks onto the parking lot, so, not perfect. The room had air conditioning and it was much needed. I went late June 2024 and it was hot and steamy outside all day.

Jacuzzi was cold and the Spa was only available on weekends, after my stay. The rooms are rustic and could use a floor mat and some wall art. There's a difference between minimalist and barren.

The hotel is very nicely located in a tropical garden; it is only 10 minutes with the car to the archaeological site of Palenque. There is a pool and a restaurant onsite. Great to relax after an exhausting day.

That the staff has absolutely NO English competency in an hotel with mostly international guests is strange. As the hotel is a little bit outside Palenque it was sometimes not so easy to get a taxi.

A nice hotel located within driving distance to the archeological site in Palenque. The rooms, restaurant, and pool are surrounded by huge plants and trees that make you feel immersed in nature. They even had a billiard table next to the reception where we were allowed to play late in the evening (reception is quite far from the rooms, so no problem with noise). We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The food was tasty,

Service in the restaurant was a bit slow, but they did have some big groups to attend.

The air conditioning was great. Maid service was excellent. Bedding was good. Room was very private with views to the greenery. General service was very good and attentive.

The one thing that needs improvement was the restaurant food. I ordered yogurt and granola and they only had sugar loaded selections. Chicken soup was very good.

Cool location for visiting the archaeological site. You can see monkeys in the treetops when you walk to the breakfast. Rooms are clean and facilities are better than expected considering it’s in the jungle

Restaurant is a bit basic but not as bad as some reviews suggest and there is a cool place right next to the hotel if you are looking for something more fancy

The hotel is nicely located within jungle surroundings. Hanging by the pool, you can see the little loros flying past, and you can hear the monkeys howling. Well situated close to the entrance of the maya ruins. The pool and hotel surroundings are very pretty and well maintained. The room was clean and spacious.

Beds are very small for 2 persons, as is common in Mexico. In our room the WiFi didn't work. After mentioning it to the staff, they unfortunately were not able to fix it. Restaurant food is quite pricy.
