Really lovely location and facilities, staff were really helpful, we had a great comfortable stay and booked tours and taxis from reception. Food at the restaurant was really good.
More water for the room could have been available for the room, and the laundry service was expensive but still a good service.

Luxury hotel with lovely pool. Spacious rooms. Clean. 10-15 min walk from large supermarket, 15-20 minutes from cute restaurants and ADO bus station.
A bit worn down here and there. Staff (no English) not service minded.

Position close to ruin area. Comfortable rooms, nice pool to have a rest and relax after the visit. The restaurant is an average one: we didn't have breakfast, but had dinner.

Apparently you are not supposed to have any food and drink in your room! But we coped.

A fairytale hotel, a continuation of the superb nature that surrounded us. The food in the restaurant was very good, the rooms were huge overlooking the garden, with good wifi and very helpful staff.
I can't think of anything I don't like. The pool should be deeper.

Great location near city center about 10min. walk via a main road, great wifi, neighbourhood was OK , rooms were spacious and very clean , great breakfast ! Secure and spacious parking .
Great stay ! Very near the Palenque archeological sites.
