Very nice pool area, perfect for a relaxing break from sightseeing. The hotel was very clean and the restaurant had a good selection of meals if you didn't feel like going into town. Within easy walking distance of the bus station and not too far from the town centre.

It was a little noisy as located on the main road. Our room safe was not working, staff did try to fix it but were unable, which meant we had to carry passports and cash with us all the time. The hotel also had a few coach tours in while we were there which meant that the restaurant could be quite crowded at times although to be fair the staff were very efficient and seemed to cope well.

Nice hotel, with amazing breakfast buffet. Great pool, with lounge chairs, beach towels. Big room, with daily service and water bottles. Supermarket nearby and private parking too.

Location is right next to the highway (don't expect a quite relaxing monent by the pool). A bit of a walk to the center, but just a few minutes to some nice restaurants.

Pool was beautiful and room was very large. Breakfast was good with a range of options. The hotel organised a day trip for us to the Palenque ruins and Agua Azul which was great. (Miisol Ha was closed.) Cost 750 pesos and started at 9 AM.

The pool was beautiful but it was a dragon fly mating hot spot when we tried to use it - lots of huge dragon flies dive bombing the pool and quite a few dead ones floating in the pool. We didn't see anyone else using it in the day when we were there. Pool area was great though. We had some pizzas for dinner which were quite basic and expensive.

A stylish, modern, centrally-located hotel which stands somewhat in contrast to the rather rundown feel of Palenque itself. Rooms are modern, there is an excellent dining/breakfast room and a swimming pool for a cool dip later in the day. Palenque's stunning Archaeological Zone is about 9km away and this hotel makes an outstanding base for your visit. Highly recommended.

Any criticism would be picky against the hotel's obvious advantages.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The pool and restaurant area far exceeded my expectations, and for the price point, especially outstanding. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The location is good. A five minute walk to the ADO, and across the street from a Chedraui and OXXO. Good AC.

The location although central, is really loud. But I did ask if they had a quiet room not facing the busy street and they accommodated me so noise wasn't an issue for my stay.

Great facilities and beautiful pool. Unique canopy provides wonderful relief from the hot sun, while still able to enjoy being outside. Easy walk from the bus station. No taxi needed.

Staff was friendly but not particularly knowledgeable. But they know enough to get you to the ruins

I think people at front desk could be a bit nicer. It was not clear how to get the towels for the pool.

it was last option for accomodation, but it was one of the best in Mexico! we arrived after 7h in car and reataurant was still oppened. we ordered Club sendwich and steak. the Sendwich was delicious. You have to order Margarita drink!! we were in ground floor near to swimmimg pool, but the silence was respectfull. The room is comforable, big and clean. The bathroom is huge with hot water. the staff is really helpful, funny and kind.

during our leaving we were asked to wait till manager will not checked the room. (it is common usual in large hotel) but it really looks wiered for us, if there is no things to demage.
