Staff is very professional and very kind. Everybody is nice with the guest, always helpful to give any kind of information. I really appreciated a good cup of coffee from Chiapas offered by the owner at early morning before doing my tour to Palenque site. Beside, I came back from the same tour at 20.00 and the staff was happy to keep my luggage safe. Last but not least: had to catch up ADO bus at 10.40 pm, well ...I asked the possibility of having a shower. It was very appreciated to discover that I could have it by paying a small difference. Congratulation to anyone! Really good hotel

Nothing. The hotel is located in nice position, really closed to the center. There is nothing that didn't meet my expectations. THANK YOU AGAIN!

Location, about 400m one way from central square and the other way about 500m to the ADO bus terminal. Rooms are spacious, clean and have Individual airco . 24 hour reception so if you have to leave early there is someone to get you out. There is also a simple but healthy breakfast served

No elevator

I booked 2 rooms, they were both very comfortable and spacious. A/C worked well and there´s hot water in the shower. Location is also great, close to many restaurants and easy access to the main road that takes you to some attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

Some water leaked into one of the rooms a night after a storm. Also, parking in the afternoon starts at 19:00. In case you bring your car, you would need to wait until then to have it in the hotel´s lot.

Central location, approx 15 min walk from ADO bus station. It was on a side street so not too noisy. Good breakfast, although it was the same every day. The room was clean on arrival. Shops and restaurants nearby.

The bed was too small, only probably twin size, we were lucky we had also a single bed otherwise not comfortable. No chairs on the balcony, so why have it at all? Sometimes we felt the staff was not keen to serve the guests when we asked something...

Nice location, shopping street is so near by, tour agencies are aplenty. Take a collectivo to Ruinas, 10 mins away. Booked a trip to lacandon jungle. Stay 1 night in palanque --> 1 night in lacandon jungle, 1 night in palanque.. Took a night bus to San christobal

Nothing much. Elevator would've been nice. But it is an old building.

This hotel is a good option if you’re looking for a simple place to stay. The rooms are clean, at a central location of Palenque and good breakfast.

the rooms are very clean and comfortable. it is located in the city center, so you are right in the middle of everything! it’s always crowded so you don’t have to walk through lonely streets. it is a bit noisy so make sure to have earplugs with you. the staff is super nice and a delicious breakfasts is included into the phenomenal price!

Confortable beds and room nicely organized with lot of storage facilities.

Our room was on the street which is quite loud at night. The windows are thin and do not insulate noise well.

centrally located. Easy 15 min walk to Ado bus terminal. Friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Continental breakfast (cornflakes, fresh fruit, yoghurt, toast and jam) and good coffee! Well maintained rooms and efficient air conditioning. We were able to store our luggage for free after checking out.
