Right across the road from the Ado bus terminal, it was perfect for me as I didn't need to carry my bags around everywhere with me. The rooms are super clean and the bed was very comfy as well. A hot shower with an adjustable shower head in the bathroom so you can actually clean yourself without washing away the soap before you do. The pool was also super refreshing after day tours and is open until 10pm.

Nothing, it's got everything I needed

Great location, directly across the street from the ADO bus terminal. Beautiful swimming pool area with shelters from the sun and beautiful flowers/plants/trees. The staff was very attentive to your needs if you required drinks or food. Nice large rooms with small balcony.

It's kind of noisy with the traffic on the main road right out front of the hotel.

Staff was extremely friendly and helped us move rooms when the AC was broken in our first room. Thank you Johnathen! The hotel restaurant was affordable and good. Location is great - directly across from the ADO station and near the Cañada strip. The pool and poolside bar is a great place to hang after hitting the ruins.

The staff was amazing! They helped us in English with booking tours. When I got sick, they helped me to cancel the tour and change plans with a refund. Exceptional , kind and helpful staff..

Soap and shampoo are simple. Pillows and mattress are good .

Location is great. Area with restaurants, cafe and bus station nearby, and close to departure point for colectivos to archeological zones and the cascades. Also walking distance to main square.

Pool great, bar and snacks served there. Rooms fine, restaurants down the road turn right from the hotel. Lovely staff, Google translate helped a lot!

A bit dated, but made up for by the staff

I loved that it was across the road from the bus station and in a very good location for restaurants and the centre. Also the staff were very friendly, looking after my bags until nearly 10:00 pm and allowing me to sit and read, use their facilities and allow me to come and go for meals until my bus arrived.

The hotel is at the beginning of the pedestrian street in Canada Area. Close you can find a lot of restaurants.

Rooms are clean. It was a little cold in the room. Breakfast could be improved, the choice is quite limited.
