The hotel is really near the center. It's clean and colorful. Each corner shows the local tradition. The people working there are willing to help. We enjoyed our staying. We even had our laundry clean in a cheap price 3 minutes walking from the hotel.

However, if there are a few guests only who eat breakfast since the hotel is not fully booked, the food is exctremelt limited. We saw the differences on the last day when a new group of 60 tourists arrived to eat with us. Then we had much more food and we could even refill our plates without thinking what to choose- an egg or fruit?! Pancakes or bread?

We LOVED our 5-night stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, and the hotel itself is amazing. Just off the lobby area, there is a covered courtyard area with large trees in it, and you can have breakfast overlooking the courtyard. In another part of the hotel, there is a library/reading area, and on the third floor, the large terrace has lovely views of the surrounding hills and is full of potted flowers and plants. The artistic details, including many murals and beautiful decorations, add such class to this hotel. The restaurant is very good, and the service - from front desk staff to restaurant staff to the helpful staff members who opened the door to the private parking garage every time we needed to come or go - is outstanding. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation, and we would very happily stay here again.

Secure parking. Clean rooms. Good linens and beds. Very good streaming television. Internet ok. Great location. Excellent breakfast restaurant around the corner and inexpensive with great service.

Some pillows failed the smell test. Toilet flush very weak. Lavatory didn't drain well, but management resolved it. We ate at the restaurant upon arrival in the late afternoon. Nothing special. We had to eat the bfast buffet on Sunday since our preferred restaurant is closed on Sunday. Credit card use for the restaurant requires a walk to the front reception. They don't have a remote terminal.

The hotel is very nice close to the main square. The restaurant is also nice. Breakfast can be improved

The only negative thing was that the hotel doesn't have any heating system, so in the room was very very cold...I think around 12 degrees. The weather was cold, around 1-2 degrees in the night. We asked for a heater...but unfortunately the temperature didn't increase very much because out was very cold and the walls were also very cold. We felt like the wind was blowing in the room...

Excellent location at walking distance from pedestrian corridors. Also, we liked the secured parking for our rental car and the wide variety of food choices of the breakfast buffet.

We knew in advance that the noise from rolling luggage would get amplified by the tiled floors at early hours. Even though the bells of the nearby La Merced Temple toll around 7 AM anyway.

It’s beautiful! It’s a modern Spanish inside with details of the culture in San Cristobal. Super clean and fresh inside even without having AC. The private parking lot is closed off with a gate and it made us feel reassured about our rental car. It’s about three blocks from el Centro y catedral de San Cristobal.

The staff were accommodating and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious!! The chefs and staff at the restaurant were so nice and friendly too. We liked our double beds. Comfortable mattresses and the sheets and blankets and comforters were very nice.

The internet was not always reliable. The toilet in our room was not flushing well.

Excellent hotel in downtown, our room was superb and the accomodation very comfortable and worth the price. The staff is really wonderful and the real value added of the hotel. The restaurant too is very good

The hotel is very nice, the common area is beautiful. It’s located very close to the center. Breakfast is nice.

You can hear everything from other rooms and hallway. Fortunately, it was rather quiet and other guests didn’t make much noise.
