The hotel is situated in the historical center, the area is wonderful. It has an interesting architecture, Entering the hotel you immediately feel the charm of the reception hall. The rooms are wonderful, in a particular old wooden style, some of the rooms in the fish's floor have large windows with amazing views on the historical center. The staff is extremely friendly and the support in any respect is really great. The food is very tasty, Mexican style, and the breakfast is served directly on the table, avoiding these nameless buffets. I really hope that this place will stay as it is, since it cannot be better!

Everything was perfect, eben Mary, the kind lady perfectly cleaning the beautiful rooms in the fits floor!

We really enjoyed our stay. So much so that we stayed two extra nights. Location is within 5 minutes of the main square. Parking is secure and adjacent. The property has a lift. Everything in the room worked, including hot water and aircon though the aircon struggled with the heat in Durango at the time. The hotel is from 1945 a d the ground floor is as it was. Breakfast us extra but great and we also ate in the evenings at the restaurant.

Outstanding hotel. Excellent stay, staff, and location. This hotel exceeded my expectations of hospitality, service and comfort. The atmosphere and room were of a classic old world charm with all modern convenience. Lobby restaurant was delicious, classy, and affordable. Stay here if you visit Durango. 5th story room views are awesome!

The bed was very hard, made my back hurt, not comfortable at all. The hotel is a bit outdated!

This hotel is one block from Plaza de Armas and el centro. The staff were lovely, our room was clean, comfortable and very affordable and breakfast in the hotel restaurant was delicious. They have a check in area for you to leave your car while you get your bags and then you just circle the block and parking is right behind the hotel in a small lot that's locked at night and guarded all day. Lovely but too short of a stay in Durango, an absolutely beautiful city.

We would have liked a little more English as our Spanish is pretty rudimentary. I guess Durango isn’t a “gringo” tourist spot so English is not a priority.

Spacious and comfortable rooms with excellent views from the fifth floor. Air con with heat, good water pressure with plenty of hot water, fast internet. Friendly and courteous staff. I will gladly come again.

The price was very affordable , location amazing, Staff very proffesional, restaurant food is better than near Choices.

The price paid for the 4 nights is well worth the value. The hotel is an older building, but well maintained. The front staff and hotel workers were always ready to please and help
