We’ve stayed here numerous times and everytime gets better. The staff is very helpful and kind. The suites are very spacious and very clean. There is AC in every bedroom which is a blessing! The kitchen is a great for families and usually is stocked with cooking essentials (pots/pans), but we bring our own cooking supplies just in case. The beds are really comfortable and the rooms are spacious. TVs in every room. Comfortable living room furniture. It’s in a quiet location so we’ve never had noise complaints and a very easy drive or Uber trip to anywhere you want to go. The valets are always happy to help with anything you need including helping you find transportation or tours. (don’t forget to tip! they are great guys!). There’s a breakfast restaurant that serves hot and cold continental type breakfast which is very convenient and reasonable priced. This is our favourite hotel to stay in when we visit GDL.

The underground parking is tight doesn’t accommodate tall or oversized vehicles. but there’s always room to park outside the main doors.

I love the location, closed to my familiar area of the city. The staff was very helpful. I just wish I was there to check in before rush hour.

The parking was useful but not ideal. Parking indise the underground parking was a bit challenging but know how limited parking is in the city a was a good add on.

Great place to stay and within walking distance of some good local resturants and businesses.

The decore was a bit much. Every public space felt a bit cramped with sculptures and art from the more normal to a bit bizarre.

The parking was complicated to park in small place. Some parking staff a bit rude sometimes. And the first room they gave us was not clean. We had to request foe room clean and they assigned us another one.

There was a strange smell from the water in the bathroom. The air conditioner in the bedroom cooled the room, but not perfectly. However, using the AC and ceiling fan helped keep the room comfortable.

It's like being in a video game level; the building is like an incredible maze but the character bursts at the seams. There's statues & artwork everywhere. The rooms are like little apartments with everything you need & the staff are very helpful.

The gym could be great but urgently needs maintenance.

This hotel had a huge gallery of paintings and sculptures throughout the entire place even the every single room some of it was creepy but awesome at the same time

The pool was about 50° Fahrenheit, and has no ladder to get in and out so you have to have some upper body strength to get out

Nice comfortble room. Exellent helpful staff. An umbrella and helpful staff member was available upon our arrival in heavy rain. Excellent easy to find location. Thanks very much. We have a second stay in due course here. Did not take breakfast.
