It has a very authentic feel to it. It's not super-modern but it has character and that's what I liked about it. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. There are usually several breakfast options, the portions aren't huge but they're sufficient as well as delicious. The breakfast is served up above on the terrace, which is a nice place to hang out, even when it isn't breakfast time. The bathroom is clean and the bed is comfortable. It's a pretty convenient location that's roughly a 7-8 minute walk from Calle Independencia, which is where the main action is for tourists. I found the neighborhood to be safe, just take common sense precautions. I had a very pleasant stay, good value for the cost and I would absolutely stay there again.

There were a couple of times that the breakers were a bit finicky after putting the room card in the slot upon entering. The lights would go off for several seconds and then pop back on for several seconds. Taking the card out of the slot and putting it back in once or twice seemed to fix the issue. Nothing big, but it did happen a couple of times.

The staff went above and beyond to help me out change to another room where I did not have mosquitoes, humidity and bad smell. The first room is located on the first floor. Second room locayed on the third floor and wasn't humid. Beds are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the servers and cooks incredibly kind. They do the best they can with what they have. The payment is done on site not thru the app. I do recommend this hotel for the staff, close proximity to Tlaquepaque Center, but be sure to request rooms on the floors above.

Please know that this is a small hotel only 40 rooms. There is a court yard with a fountain that does create a nice atmosphere but also humidity and mosquitoes. I would advise to not stay on the first floor. Also, they don't take payments online. You have to pay once you arrive.

The building is beautiful and boho-style. The location is great as it is very close to the centre. The staff is lovely and they gave you a little gift as you entered, which was pleasant.

Not the fault of the hotel, but there were extremely noisy guests who drank in the central lobby until past midnight. The noise carried into the rooms very easily and the staff didn't do anything about the noise.

Great location, courteous and friendly staff, exceptionally clean, restful & peaceful accommodations. Wish the breakfast menu was a little more expansive but since it was included with the room I didn’t want to seem ungrateful. I felt at home and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The stairs going to the rooftop kitchen were a little annoying for my 75 year old mom.

Hospitality was excellent, friendly staff and great location. The complimentary breakfast was great.

after our 3rd night, we noticed a few roaches in the room. The issue was resolved promptly.

Beautiful little hotel close to El Parián area as well as other areas. Friendly staff, helpful. The suite was a nice size. Breakfast was nice.

The little pool looked like it lacked any kind of maintenance....I wouldn't get in it. The air conditioner did not work well. It did cool the room a little, but only a little. The Guadalajara area was experiencing quite the little heat wave however.

Excellent location; friendly, attentive, and informative staff; clean facilities; and delicious chilaquiles and cafe de olla 😋

Very quiet, we couldn't hear noises from the street, the hallway and the rooms next to us. Clean. Air condition, comfortable beds. Location, 10 minutes walk to the Parian. Very nice staff. Breakfast included, was delicious.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay! The staff was so welcoming and bent over backwards to accommodate us. We had 2 rooms and both were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, the staff was always available no matter what time we returned from our trips. I couldn't recommend it more!

Nice location, nice breakfast terrace, nice personnel.

Personnel did not speak any English...I know I shouldn't expect it, but I was a little surprised.
