Location is good, close to the metro. Price is reasonable for what is provided. Staffs were welcoming and friendly. Air conditioner worked well.

There was no ventilation in bathroom, so there was a smell in rainy days.

It is good located in terms of distance to the city center, but take care, it is not the safest area (we were told by locals) - Really no hot water - The stuff made the welcome kind of uncomfortable, friendly but no energy and not really professional

I liked how the property was nice, quiet and clean. Staff was able to accommodate our early check in.

The only thing we had an issue with was the air conditioning. It did not work whatsoever staff said they would take a look at it but not sure if they did.

We slept very well. They have comfortable bed and location is quiet. Every room has a private entrance with a parking spot. Public transport works very well. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

It takes around 40 minutes to get to center by walk. The hotel is built for people with cars.

Air-conditioning was Great! Bed was firm and comfortable. UBER came up right to your door. And the coffee and cookies were excellent 👌

No food nearby, only an Oxxo had to walk or Uber for a meal. 😐

Parking right in front of your door in a courtyard that is secure, the air conditioning is ice cold, it's in the middle of a shopping district. All things considered it's really a great place.

I really can't think of anything, for the value you get there is no downside here

The staff was nice and the place was decent.

The room from the front do not reach the wifi so the connection was poor, almost none. The bathroom had a little smell problem sometimes even though it was clean.
