It was quiet and location was great. Easy drive to and from the airport and close to the areas we wanted to see in Guadalajara. We were surprised that the rooms were much bigger than expected which was a plus. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean.

The only things we didn't like were some instances of not being prepared. For example, the rooms we booked had bath towels but no hand towels. We didn't get those until the next day when housekeeping arrived. We also tried the restaurant for breakfast around 9:30/9:45am. Despite opening at 7:30 as we were told and there being very few guests, there were lots of breakfast options that were not ready or that still needed to be set-up.

It was on top of a hill and had the most gorgeous views of the cities, rooms were very clean, comfortable and all toiletries were properly stocked. The restaurant had delicious food and the pool was amazing.

The driving directions are not accurate, my gps navigation and google maps stated we had arrived at the location, but it was in the middle of a busy road, in front of the gas station. After we decided to get off on the next exit, we went around the hill, and followed the curve in which soon after we seen the Radisson Tapatío sign to our left.

i didn’t have time to eat breakfast there because i had to leave the hotel. but i would love too try it next time i pass by there when i was heading out and it looked good, i didn’t have the chance to enjoy the pool either, but the hotel is beautiful, i would stay again but longer that way i can try the breakfast and enjoy the pool.

when i got to the hotel it was night time so no one showed me to my room so i got a little lost looking for the room, it someone would of showed me it would of been better

I like the view. The pool was nice. It was quite as well. It was neat and clean. Staff was friendly. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good.

Staff didnt bring my towels so i had to re use the same towels. Mosquitos will bite you at night.

The view from my room was spectacular. The hotel was truly beautiful and up high so that views from all points were gorgeous.

The front reception staff were fairly aloof and not too friendly. I wasn't advised of the wifi or the restaurant. They just said I could order in room service. I ate in the restaurant which was very nice and the staff there were lovely

THE VIEW!! It’s a really big hotel and the room was spacious too. The showers were way more spacious than other hotels.

That it doesn’t have elevators so walking up and down the stairs is a work out specially with super heavy suitcases like I had.

I love the beautiful view overlooking the city the bed mattress was comfortable food on restaurant was very good the pool is big

It didn’t have a spa and Ithete is no transportation to the spa near the area which was not walking accessible

My key didnt work 3 times on my 5 day stay im not sure why they have a phone if they dont answer it pool does not look clean
