Nice, clean, comfortable

Second room was not ready by 4pm. staff stated unable to give me second room in same floor as first room. Informed receptionist that I would not mind waiting as long as second room was in same floor as first room. 7pm came along and receptionists did not attempt to reach me to informed me about second room. I had to go ask at front desk, receptionist Marisol said she could not get me second room on same floor as first room, even after waiting 3 hours. Marisol was the only receptionist I spoke to from check in time till 7 pm when she gave me key for second room.

Breakfast was delicious, lots of variety!

Shuttle back to the airport, driver stopped at a store to allow other passengers to buy cookies which took about 15 minutes and it was already running late. I was stressed hoping we would have enough time to get to the airport since we had to check in luggage.

I only stayed there for a few hours but: The hotel was nice and clean, the staff was super friendly, and they have a free shuttle to the airport that leaves every 30min from the hotel and the airport. The hotel is 10min from the airport, super close.

There were hairs in the shower, it’s something minor but still.

Very clean, great location.

Paid extra for Deluxe queen beds because in the description it said it had a refrigerator and microwave, but upon arrival staff said no rooms in the hotel have those items, so I paid extra for no reason.

Very well organized and fresh. The staff was very helpful on everything you needed help with.

First day in my live at staying in hotels for over 60 year, this hotel take top choice.

Break fast was good but still there should be live counter to provide items like omlette etc....

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Beautiful room, very clean. Very comfortable bed. Spa-like shower. Staff were all very friendly. The free shuttle from the airport worked out excellent and was the main reason we picked this hotel. There were so many excellent choices for breakfast. I wish we could stay longer! A Chili’s and Denny’s right next door!

There was only one chaise at the pool so we couldn’t really enjoy that together.

They don't have a laundry Their external laundry is a bit expensive, and the clothes do not smell clean.

location isn’t as nice and not many restaurants nearby but it’s quite close to the airport which is why most stay here. so not so good if you want to explore GDL as a tourist

Did not have available for me. Staff said that it was all booked. That I had to get a taxi. At least they should had offer to pay for it
