The entire stay was wonderful. My husband was traveling for business, and I was able to come along, which meant I spent a lot of time at the hotel, There was plenty to keep me occupied. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel. Everything was fresh and authentic, and I loved the omelet/ egg station. The gym and pool were great and there's plenty of outside seating, which was nice because the weather was beautiful. The on-site restaurant was reasonably priced and delicious. Highly recommend their salads. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. My only complaint is that with this being a business hotel, geared towards longer stays there should be guest laundry, At least one washer and dryer. They send laundry out, and the cost is outrageous. I believe we had 12 clothing items, and it was $60 usd.

Almost everything exceeded our expectations. We had a flight out the next day, and originally tried the hotel at the airport - it was very expensive, parking cost extra, and not even a free breakfast. We found this Ramada through Booking.com and were quite impressed, especially since it was half the cost of the hotel airport. Ramada is minutes from the airport, and has a well-lit, gated parking lot. The hotel is only a few years old, and still looks very new and well-appointed. Rooms, halls, elevators, and common areas were extra clean and quiet, and the bathrooms had great water pressure. Every member of the staff with whom we interacted was friendly, helpful, and very professional. The free breakfast was bountiful and tasty, and even the free drinks we were offered were good (my wife loved the margaritas). I would absolutely stay in this hotel again!

*This did not bother me, but I am putting it here because it might bother someone* Given the location (in the middle of an industrial/commercial area well outside the city center), there is really nothing "touristy" to do nearby the hotel itself. We did drive into the city proper to see what sights we could on our abbreviated schedule, and it took about 30 minutes one-way. Again, this was not a concern for us as much as being able to easily get to the airport, which was no issue at all from the Ramada!

The front office reception was very friendly and attentive to our needs, they asked if we needed an airport shuttle, which we did. The check-in process was easy and fast. The breakfast buffet was great, 5 stars! They had a great selection of chilaquiles, eggs, an omelet station, and a wide selection of drinks, like coffee, green juice, and Jamaica. Delicious. The gentleman who drove us to the airport was very friendly and made sure we got to our destination quickly.

There was a young lady, a waitress in their restaurant/dining area who was not nice at all. She gave us a look as soon as we came in and told us to sit anywhere but then came back and in a complaining tone told us not to sit so far away cause it was going to be too much for us. Unfortunately, we were 5 so we kind of had to, she then came back with 1 menu and asked us if we were ready to order, when she just handed over the menu 30 seconds ago! We told her to give us a few and NEVER CAME BACK. We gave her the benefit of the doubt and waited another 10mins and that's when we all decided to just go out and eat somewhere else.

Breakfast was delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my omelette and the fresh fruit. Their margaritas are also very good. My kids enjoyed the pool. The hotel is well maintained and our beds and sheets were fresh and clean. I loved it here! Would definitely come back. The guard outside who monitors the parking lot was so professional and made me feel confident our rental vehicle would be safe. He took down license plates and approached everyone who entered the parking lot to introduce himself and take down their information.

Dinner service was a bit slow. Our waiter did not come back for quite some time. We were trying to get more drinks and ended up waiting for a while to get the bill, also.

Perfect location to catch a flight next day. The room was super clean and the facilities look really modern. The personnel is very attentive and accommodating. Checkout is at 12:00 PM but it was possible to extend until 1:00 PM for free, and until 5:00 PM for half the price of my first night. This was convenient since my flight was at 8:00 PM the next day. Food at the restaurant was good but pricy, and they did not remind me I had FREE breakfast, which was disappointing, but that was also on me as I completely forgot about it (no reimbursement after having paid). Internet was good but speed fluctuated significantly (between 20-40 Mbps for downloads and about 4-5 Mbps for uploads). I was able to join several online meetings but I'm sure I was freezing a bit at times. Aside from that, really good experience. 5-10 minutes to airport with no traffic (but I'm sure traffic could change those times drastically).

As mentioned above, Food at the restaurant was good but pricy, and they did not remind me I had FREE breakfast, which was disappointing,. That was for sure on me as I completely forgot about it, but I believe they could have done more to accommodate after realizing this (no reimbursement after having paid).

The facility is very well taken care of, the rooms are exceptionally cleaned, the curtains really make the room feel cozy, you can sleep all day if you want to, the stree noise is very minimal or close to nothing, the food at the restaurant is delicious, it is family oriented and all of the workforce are very friendly, the airport is just a few minutes from the hotel and they take you there for free operating 24/7_every 30 minutes

The people who work there make the difference is a nice place with a good art of a very famous cartoon drawer on their walls that gives it the feeling of happiness.

Well the road Guadalajara Chapala is in construction so the main entrance is not good at all but it will be nice soon

The cleanliness and overall aesthetics of the property. Very professional staff. The complimentary drinks and buffet was much appreciated!

Only two negatives I have is that I could not get programming in English while trying to watch an NFL playoff game. Second, it would help if the covered foods in the buffet were labeled. Since we aren’t allowed to serve ourselves it would be helpful to be able to read what each container holds and then make our selection to the server. Maybe him not repeating himself will make him a bit more cheerful than he was.

The perfect place to stay if you are flying out of Guadalajara Airport - free shuttle to and from terminals - book at reception, literally 5 mins drive away. Comfortable large rooms with A/C - super comfy beds, great bathrooms with large shower and plenty of hot water. Complimentary water in room and a free drink on arrival at the bar. We ate at the bar, food was great. Was also super impressed with the breakfast buffet. hot and cold options, lots of choice...the chef made me the most delicious omelet on the hot plate whilst I watched, then finished with fresh fruit and yogurt and lashings of coffee. I would definitely stay here again, so relaxing before our 26 hours of flying back to New Zealand.

Hardly a criticism but the pillows were not the best and the reception staff, whilst efficient...were not welcoming.
