The hotel was very close to the market, shops & restaurants. The staff were friendly & helpful. The restaurant on site served really good food. There was very good security of the premise. The beds were comfortable & bathroom & room spacious. It was a great value & id definitely recommend it to other travellers.

Even though it wasn’t cold, I like the option of an extra comfy blanket if needed. The blanket was thin but I’m used to heavier one. That’s the only thing that could have improved for me.

The location in town was great. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. And the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and the bed was reasonably comfortable.

The room wasn't cleaned properly - long black haír on the sheets and in the shower. The wifi never did work in the room :-( Even after staff tried helping. The room had nowhere to sit comfortably and there was no comfortable quiet place in the common areas as an alternative.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though my Spanish is only rudimentary, we managed to communicate well. The service in the restaurant was top notch, our dinner was excellent and the price was fair.

No English language television news was a bit of an inconvenience. We had some trouble finding the hotel because it isn't visible from the street. But that wasn't a serious problem.

Felt safe, the price is right, friendly staff, the food at the restaurant was actually very good, safe parking, on our stay the room was nice and quiet.

Had nothing wrong, we might have found some dislikes if we had stayed more time, but all was great.

they have a restaurant and spa on property and i ate dinner and it was good and quick and a good price also

the location was not ideal, right off the highway and though there were some places to walk to, i had never been to that area of Guadalajara before and i didnt feel i could venture too far walking on my own
