The hotel far exceeded my expectations in terms of the excellence of the restaurant. I have stayed there 3 times, and every dinner was great, and I ordered something different each time. The rooms are clean, the beds are extremely comfortable and the showers have great pressure. The only criticism I have is that the hotel is not easy to access from the airport, since you or your driver has to pass the hotel quite a bit and then cross the highway to do a u turn and go back on the other side. Getting to the airport is easy. In addition, the outside grounds are awful. But once inside the hotel, everything is superb.

The Hotel is not far away from Guadalajara Airport, but if you hit traffic (I arrived Friday afternoon) it can drag on until you reach the hotel. The offer a free shuttle bus, but you have to call, then they will send it! The room was nice and spacious, shower was also good! It was very clean when I arrived! Well, the area around the hotel is not really inviting. It is next to a very well travelled road, so it can be a bit noisy. When I travel I always bring earplugs and a sleeping mask, just in case. In this case it was good that I did! Without it I probably wouldn't have gotten much sleep. Staff is super friendly and very helpful. The restaurant was excellent and they offer a breakfast buffet, so you can pick and chose as you please. Dinner was also very good and rather inexpensive. They have a gym, which is okay, but a window or AC would have been nice, but they offer small towels and free water there! They even have a pool, but the water is... let's call it refreshing :-) So all in all a good experience!

The hotel is not old, but in parts you can see the wear and tear in the furniture, the floors etc. And as I mentioned the surrounding area is not really inviting. But if you stay for one night or even two it offers good value. I stayed at the Fiesta Inn in Mexico City and it was better, maybe that's why I expected more!

The breakfast buffet was very good, but 5 stars go to room service! I ordered the citrus salad, my friend ordered the chicken enchiladas suizas. Both were delivered quickly, both dishes were excellent--his enchiladas were hot and stuffed with chicken, and my salad was as good as any I have had in a 5-star restaurant. And the meal was inexpensive! Under US$30 with the 15% gratuity already added in. 24-hour service, we didn't even order until after 11 PM. I was wowed.

They have a very funky elevator system whereby you can only go to your own floor. Apparently for security reasons. So if you travels with friends or colleagues and want to be able to visit each others' rooms, ask for rooms on the same floor--otherwise you have to go down to reception and have someone use a special card to take the elevator to a floor other than your own.

The closeness to the airport just 5 min.

The restroom needs to be updated the housekeeper staff needs to be re-train in how clean the rooms,my room had hair all over the place the bed look like they just did the bed without changing the sheets, we arrive at midnight,we’re tired so I just dump the sheets in the floor, and in my two daughters woke up with look like bed bugs bit, I reported to the front desk they said nothing I ask for another room and they did so,I ask for room cleaning and housekeeper only change the towels not happy with .

I.landed hungry in the middle of the night to find 24 hour room service. They brought two delicious items, and I went straight to bed and slept hard all night. There was no noise.

Nothing. There is a lot of construction that makes the area outside dusty. Fiesta Inn is in a huge industrial area with some strange burning smells. None of this can be contacted by the hotel.

Got in to GDL on a late night flight, so couldn’t go to Air BnB until the next day. Greeted nicely, room was immaculate with lots of thoughtful touches, some English-speaking TV channels, HOT shower, very comfortable bed and bedding and, most importantly for me, they welcome dogs. Buffet breakfast was optional—eggs were good, yogurt, waffles, lots of other choices if you wanted it. Restaurant staff were exceptional—coffee refilled without asking, used dishes discreetly removed. Going back in a couple of months for two nights before I go home. It’s a seven or eight minute drive from the airport. They have a pool, unfortunately not heated, but will give it a go on my return. Security is second to none. Hotel is gated and lots of security around the property. Definitely recommend.

The WIFI speed was excellent and fast! The food was delicious, service exceeded my expectations. The place was immaculate. I felt safe, I felt valued, I felt welcomed. The shuttle was spacious. The pool was cool. There were no foul odors, the room was comfortable.

The television does not work without HDMI. Luckily, I had one.

Pleasant front desk and restaurant staff. Airport shuttle was prompt and efficient.

Toilet seat was wobbly, soap dispenser was empty, a previous guest's hair elastics were hanging on the towel hook in the bathroom. Restaurant's food was mediocre.

Fiesta Inn had confirmed shuttle availability for 10:30pm flight arrival - BUT learned it wasn't available only after arrival - and perhaps is never available for evening arrivals. Since I hadn't been expecting to take taxi, I hadn't figured out taxi price and was pushed by airport taxi dispatch to take "ticketless" (no documentation) taxi to Inn.

The reception person was very helpful and friendly. Room service was fast and food was beyond delicious.
