Although the hotcakes were not available, my wife and I tried four of the other menu options and all were amazing. Fresh and delicious. The "jugo verde" is strongly recommended. The staff were very accomodating with extra requests such as bringing an additional chair to the room, and keeping luggage for a short while after checking out.

The room description that mentions it comes with a "kitchen" is not correct. We brought this to the attention of the front desk manager. Not sure who is responsible for that, Booking.com or San Pietro. There is no kitchen, or kitchenette or even a small fridge. Although they are happy to keep food items in their hotel kitchen for guests.

Very helpful and friendly front desk staff who connect with guests in an authentic way making stay pleasant and hassle-free in English or Spanish. Excellent location for Uber pick-up and drop-off directly in front of the hotel. Hotel security with intercom and locked front door works very well once you locate the outside intercom on the street for the first time.

Internet can be somewhat inconsistent throughout the day. Breakfast, while included and fresh and well-prepared, is limited for those requiring/desiring items e.g. oatmeal, fruit, baked goods or yogurt. Both Waffle House and Starbucks are close by, however, for those so inclined. Fabulous ice cream store across the street and two doors down. Perhaps, TOO close by for those of us with limited will power? Room balconies, breakfast terrace and large garden patio all well-tended and easy on the eye. Comfy sofa and chairs in living room style lobby offer welcome respite in-between local explorations and and adventures. Water pressure excellent in a reasonably large bathroom.

Wonderful location! Next to countless stores and restaurants. Very comfortable bed and an excellent AC. The room had a beautiful view of the courtyard. Breakfast options were great and the service flawless. Would recommend this location without hesitation.

If you’re excited about the swimming pool, I’m sad to note that it didn’t look particularly clean. I didn’t care for it, personally, and later saw kids swimming in it, so there’s that!

I will definitely try to get a room in the back ,, The street view rooms may be a little noisy sometimes Nothing major though !!

Mattress was uncomfortable, one side was lower then the other one. If you don’t like the room you stuck with it, so be wise! No elevator, I have a knee problem and I was on the top floor, no rooms open, no elevator!! I manage! But ask first!!

The service was amazing. The staff was helpful and friendly and our server for breakfast spoke clearly and fabulous English. A pleasure to have a conversation with. It is an eclectic boutique hotel and I would recommend others to stay. We have found our hotel when we visit and will be staying many more times.

Parking was far away, however it was included in hotel price. So this we understand isn’t fixable because Of location. The hotel frontage should be left available for guests to unload and not for restaurant parking of other locations. Still excellent.
