This place is a hidden gem. Great value, incredibly reliably shuttle and super helpful staff. When my husband and I arrived he realized he had left his passport in the rental car we had just returned as we were checking in. The staff immediately offered the shuttle to take him back to the rental car place (which we didn't wind up needing). The hotel was modern, clean and super nice. Our room had a comfy bed and A/C and a thick comforter. We had dinner at the hotel and the pastor tacos were INCREDIBLE - great guacamole, meat well spiced, good salsa and pico de gallo and good portions. Super fairly priced, too. My husband's pepperoni pizza way exceeded expectations as well but I cannot get over those tacos being airport hotel food as I travel a lot for work and have never had airport hotel food that good. We had to be at the airport at 4.00 AM with a huge board bag and the shuttle was super easy to book, reliable and the driver helped with my husband's board bag. Would 1,000% stay here again for any early or late flight and would recommend to everyone.

After our trip to Europe, this stay felt incredibly refreshing. I booked the hotel right after stepping out of the terminal following an 11-hour flight, and in less than 40 minutes I was in my room. When I called for the shuttle, the phone was answered immediately, the shuttle arrived within minutes, and soon after I was already checking in. Although the lobby looked busy, the receptionists were extremely professional, and while we waited we were offered much-needed refreshments. By 8 PM, we were enjoying a perfectly prepared tortilla soup on the same floor (three soups and two beers for about $30 USD). Because of the jetlag, we woke up at 6 AM, and by 7 AM we were having one of the best breakfasts of our entire trip: a natural egg omelette, homemade salsa, and crispy tortilla chips. Truly outstanding. We were absolutely amazed at how such a simple hotel could be so well-run, so efficient, and so welcoming. Special thanks to the receptionists, who answered every call, handled our facturas, and patiently responded to all our questions.

We loved the location and the room decor and cleanliness. We also loved the spa tub in the king suite.

The room was very hot, we didn't know how to use the AC or if there was AC in the room so unfortunately the room did get really hot for us.

Loved the cereal bar for my little children. Left too early to enjoy the breakfast. Shower was clean and pressure was relaxing. A gentlemen there got our bags out of our car and into our room. Sand gentleman took us in the shuttle to the airport and once again helped with our luggage. Very polite and professional

Room 216 AC did not cool the room. Turned it on as soon as I stepped in but never cooled down the room. Wasn’t too big of a deal. Since my mother does not enjoy such a cold room. Had I slept in that room. There would’ve been some complaints made.

The shuttle van runs every 15 minutes, and it is only a 5-7 minute-drive depending on the traffic. Coffee machine is available 24/7!

I could hear people in the hall way, really loudly, because there is no carpet or fabric on the walls to suck the noise. The echo was loud! The shuttle driver was not particularly friendly, even when I tipped him (and I had no luggage), he did not look at me, did not say "thank you", did not appreciate...anything. There is only one tiny small bottle of drinking water in the room

The hotel is very close to the airport and they offer complementary transportation to and from the airport. The breakfast was great and they have drinks and snacks available all day. The staff were very friendly. The room itself was clean and spacious. I especially liked the shower. I would stay again for the shower. It’s like being under the rain. The check in, use of room amenities and check out was very easy. They even held my luggage and took me to the airport after check out time.

The hotel is on a busy highway so the traffic is understandable. I could hear the traffic from my room. I know they cant help that however there is a lot of noise inside the hotel. My room was near the lobby(most rooms are by the way) so I could hear the noise from the breakfast noise. Also, I could hear very clearly the people leaving and walking by my room. I would stay again and request the room furthest from the lobby.

Location was excellent the staff was very accommodating and helpful. They changed my check in date with no problem and shuttle service was a huge bonus. I will definitely stay here again.

My room was a bit noisy and the shower head was hanging loosely and did not work properly. I stayed one night therefore it wasn’t a big deal.

I love their breakfast and their hospitality & transport

Their main AC unit in the lobby wasn't working, which made the place feel hot. 1 of our room AC unit wasn't working , and they gave us another room after a while. There is some rust in the bathroom faucet.

I really liked the location because it was near the airport. Also there is a restaurant inside and it’s open until 10pm. They also provide transportation to the airport which fits 8 people and about 10 suitcases.

Breakfast was delicious, clean and the staff was super friendly. Super close to the airport.

My family brought a car and they don't have many spaces to park the car in the hotel, so we had to find parking at a separate location that we had to pay separately.
