This hotel is amazing! I stumbled upon it because I was looking for a place which is close to the Central Bus station. But this place is so much more! The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful! The roof terrace is just amazing. The view is breathtaking! There are even sheltered chairs an tables if you want to enjoy the view a little longer! If you arrive with your rental vehicle there is space to park your car safely! There are a few restaurant and bakeries/cafes close by (walking distance!) and Tonala seems to be a nice town.

Next time I will bring more time to enjoy the hotel. And Tonala seems to be a bit famous for hand crafts and excellent pottery, so maybe worth a stop while being in the greater area of Guadalajara!

The bed and pillows were comfortable, clean, perfect in every way. The room was spacious and quiet, with blackout drapes that really worked. and the staff was kind and helpful.

Sadly, I left the hot water running for some time, and it never even got warm. We were there for such a short time , and more than halfway home, that it didn't matter much. If I'd really needed a shower, I would have talked to someone at the desk, and I'm sure it would have been taken care of.

Comfortable beds

There were urine smells emanating from maybe the drains in the bathroom. We had to put a towel under the door because one night it was so bad it woke us both up. Could use a kettle, tea, and washcloths.

Javier and the staff were great at the front desk. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the room was good with a comfortable bed. An in-room fridge would be nice. Other than that, the location and hotel are best in the area unless you want to drive. Secure parking was a plus. Thanks for the great stay .

Location was good, a short walk to the center/plaza. The staff is very friendly and provided good tips and advices. The room was big enough for our family of 4. And a great advantage is the parking garage on street level.

Noisy streets around unfortunately and the window panes are quite thin. But otherwise it's a great hotel.

I've stayed at this hotel for many years and it continues to meet my needs. The parking garage offers secure parking. They have updated the hotel over the last couple of years with new room fans, beds and linens. The bed was heaven and the sheets were luxurious. I love staying in Tonalá and the shopping this location offers.

The inside of the Hotel looks better than the photos very clean and up to date, definitely worth the price, within walking distance to the plaza, plenty of places to eat around the hotel.

Coffee not available in the morning at hotel or even nearby shops. Closest coffee or morning snack is 2-3 blocks.

clean, comfortable, well located for Tonala shopping. The staff are very friendly. Indoor secure parking is a bonus. Good value.

Perfect little Mexican hotel I.e., not for those with mobility issues. Great location for “shoppers”.
