This was the second time at stayed at the hotel. The first time it was "so-so", but this time it was great. The room was equally spacious, but this time it looked like a suite and not just like a big room! So they did make some improvements in the meantime! Last time I wrote "a hotel in the making" They really upped their game! Staff was great like last time! Breakfast included! Transfer to the airport went smoothly! It is fairly close to the airport, takes only 10 minutes!

The restaurant still needs some improvement, but it was better than last time. They offered more fruit and "healthy" options.

I enjoyed my stay at ANB Aeropuerto Guadalajara. The location is great if you have an early flight out the next morning, bonus points for the free 24hr airport shuttle. The hotel also has a restaurant that was open until late which offered a variety of meals and beverages. Our room was very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. The bathroom also exceeded my expectations when they had free shampoo, conditioner, soap and even disposable slippers. The pricing was also very reasonable even when booking last minute. I would definitely be staying here again when visiting Guadalajara.

The room was minimalistic in style but good size, bed comfortable, shower pressure strong, AC worked well and water provided in the room. Good stopover for late or early flight from Guadalajara Airport. Was nice the restaurant was open til midnight and free breakfast provided as well. Overall good value for a quick stopover.

There was a weird smell in the room and the construction outside made it harder for Uber to get to than normal, but otherwise nothing to complain about.

Location to airport and Friendliness of staff. From reception, restaurant to Housekeeping. Excellent overall. Selected room had a mini fridge!! That was fantastic!

Would like if more room selections had mini fridges. The one we stayed in with the Bathtub included a mini fridge but the previous rooms did not include a mini fridge. It's not a bad thing, just an extra nice feature to include.

Location if you are just waiting for a flight is awesome, affordability is great, regular size bedrooms, comfy and just remodeled.

Cleaning can be improved, the door for the bedroom needs gasket to seal the noise from the hallway. Smaller bedside light will be appreciated. This time there were construction so the access from the main road was not easy but that has nothing to do with the hotel.

Staff are super friendly & helpful. Perfect location to get a night's sleep before flight the next day. Had an issue with hot water but they made up for it by giving us a free taxi ride to the airport the next day. Very kind of them & very appreciated.

"Air fresheners" seemed to be overpowering throughout the hotel. Would suggest a more 'neutral' smell in the hotel.

Everything was great! Cleaning staff congratulations you make a wonderful work! The only thing that you can improve would be, offer more options in the breakfast, only 2 options to have is not that much :( eggs & chilaquiles, some bread. But in general everything was very well! Staff nice and the property it is nice.

Very conveniently close to the airport. Rooms and bathroom is incredibly spacious, comfortable and secure. All the staff i encountered were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast included was actually impressive! Most “breakfast included” hotels have weak breakfasts. I’d definitely stay here again!

For a quick and budget stay, I was not upset about anything!

staff, room and breakfast was amazing! very friendly and clean. I had a problem with the AC in one of my rooms and they quickly gave me another upgraded room!

There was a sewer smell in the second floor hallway, not sure if theres a way to fix it but the closer the rooms are to the laundry room the heavier it got.

Close to airport and easy check in. Nice staff and were very attentive.

Not many food options in the area & next door there was a restaurant that closed early and the hotel’s restaurant was also closed. Highly suggest coming prepared with food if you plan on checking in after 9/10PM.
