This hotel exceeded our expectations. Nice reception and room. Clean and spacious. We specifically asked to me placed in a room with no noise from the street and the hotel was happy to accommodate our request. Felt really safe. I would highly recommend.

The walls are a bit thin and therefore you can hear all noise from the corridor and rooms. Even when someone sneezed or coughed we could hear that! Also, the hotel really needs to place some door stoppers to prevent doors from closing loudly. It would be also good to have more soaps in the room as it wasn’t enough and we had to ask for more.

Everything, but specially the location. You can literally walk 5 minutes and you will be at The Zocalo main plaza, and find all kinds of restaurants. I highly recommned to go Los Azulejos.

I like verything about the hotel, just beware when you are at the Zocalo main plaza. The rooftop restaurants are complete rip-off and the food mediocre. Not all of them but some, do your research before you go.

The location is awesome. Breakfast was super complete, and had options for everybody. The staff were super helpful. Rooms were comfy and clean. Even though it might be a bit noisy as the street is nearby, they acknowledge this by providing ear plugs. They arrange us breakfast boxes which was super helpful due to our tight itinerary. Great parking.

(Although it's not that bad) Nights can be a bit noisy as the road is close so you can expect some car sounds. Hotel is a bit outdated. Curtains and blackout do not block light fully.

the location was perfect - easy to wander around Roma Norte. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel felt very safe. Excellent value.

the hotel was honestly lovely, especially for the cost. It would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room, but it's understandable that there wasn't one. The price for the breakfast buffet if not included in the room price was quite high and is not well advertised - so just make sure to get a la carte or eat a lot!

The room is spacious and beds were comfortable. The location is perfect to do everything by foot.

The room is a bit outdated, decoration wise and the bathroom lacks some maintenance but it remains functional. We had a room giving to the Main Street and it was particularly noisy but we were provided ear plugs which was nice.

All the staff was really attentive and helpful in all our inquiries. The room with adequate size and pretty clean. The restaurant serves delicious food with good prices. And the location was also great, less than a ten minute walk to Alvaro Obregón's Avenue, close to many restaurants and cafes, Plaza Cuautemoc Mall and metro station.

The hotel is in a good location, I mainly walked or took an Uber to get to where I needed to but I felt very safe walking around the area at night as a solo female traveller. The room and bed was big and comfortable. I read some reviews complaining about the noise at night but my room was very quiet.

Don’t have any negative comments other than I did arrive at 5am and had emailed to ask if I could do early check in- was told depends on availability but when I arrived despite being told that my room was ready - I was told to pay for an extra night. Which is kind of crazy to me since it is the same day. Other than that, staff were friendly

Hotel Marbella is a modern hotel with large, comfortable rooms and clean bathrooms. It's located in one of the most beautiful districts in CDMX called Roma. You have wonderful cafes, restaurants and bars just around the corner. All in all our stay was a great value for money.
