The location was on the edge of town, away from the main plaza (ie noise) It took just minutes to walk into town for restaurants and shopping. The room was amazing, and huge! Having two bathrooms was nice as we were going to a wedding with a couple days of activities. The infinity pool was lovely. It wasn't too crowded when we were there, and there were many guests for a couple of weddings that were going on. The large jacuzzi on the top floor was cool, with an amazing view. The concierge was helpful in getting us things we needed (iron, ironing board etc)

We didn't know about the jacuzzi until we explored on our own. Would have been nice to know about it when we checked it.

We loved our room with the balcony view! It was so gorgeous! The pool was perfect too! We loved how close the hotel was to walking downtown. We didn't feel the need to rent a golfcart cause we walked everywhere. The beach was perfect too! Also loved that we had a stove top and sink which made it easy to cook breakfast if we wanted to.

It seemed like the hot tub on the balcony was more of a big tub. You could fill it with hot water, but then we'd have to refill it with more hot water versus a hot tub that would maintain the warmth. Not a deal breaker.

Location right across from the beach was excellent; Parking garage, Swimming pool, terrace off the room

"Kitchen" fully stocked is an overstatement---it is really appropriate for reheating leftovers, or keeping drinks/yogurt cold, not really a stocked kitchen to do anything other than the most minimum. Was described as a 1 Bedroom suite, but our room was really an open studio without a separate bedroom--that does matter for a kid sleeping on the sofa since there is no way to separate the space at bedtime or for privacy.

The views and location were phenomenal. We got the balcony room with hot tub after a recommendation from another friend who had stayed at this hotel. We woke up every morning with a view of the ocean. I couldn’t have asked for a better location to spend the week after our wedding in Punta Mita. It was also easy and affordable to rent a golf cart to explore the other beaches and sites.

I didn’t like the credit card hold in the beginning if any of the linens were stained. I get that they have to protect their items but it was a little nerve wracking for 5 days.

I loved the location and our room was fabulous! We actually had a Jacuzzi tub on our balcony which served as a warm Jacuzzi, since the pool was beautiful but not heated. As I walked around to other hotel locations I realized how well placed our hotel is. We are walking distance to the main town and the street is enjoyable as it is along the ocean. Other hotels, seem like you have to walk the back ways through dirty streets to get to the town. Our balcony provided a great view and the grounds were stunning.

Thank God we actually had quiet neighbors because as we were checking out a new couple moved in next to us that were very loud and I’m thinking that they would have disturbed our quiet balcony experience. There is only a thin bamboo barrier between our balcony and the others. It provided a nice barrier from seeing other people, but it did not block sound.

Great location within walking distance to the main square in Sayulita. Our room was large with two bedrooms with on suite bathrooms so we each had plenty of our own space. The customer service was great, everyone in the office/front desk was extremely helpful in making our stay a great one.

Little details like cigarette ashes/butts under the chairs at the pool. The pool towels were ratty and need to be replaced. The pool chairs and balcony chairs were not very comfortable, especially the balcony chairs. We found we had to bring pillows outside to make them usable.

The location could not have been better. Easy, nice walk into the best of downtown Sayulita yet far enough away to be super quiet and only hear crashing waves to fall asleep to. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way to make the stay as perfect as possible. We stayed in the 3 bedroom penthouse and it had a large kitchen and great room with balcony overlooking the pool and ocean and the upstairs room had a pool so needless to say we never visited the hotel pool. Beds were clean and very comfy, Showers and bathrooms were large and clean. The only thing that is important to note is that there are no elevators and we were 80 stairs straight up to our room. We all did not mind this but if someone is not pretty strong or does not want to exercise, don't get the penthouse!

Ok first of all this is the best place I have ever stayed in all my international travel . The hospitality, location, rooms, service , literally everything was amazing. They did a balloon and sign for my boyfriend’s birthday . They went above and beyond multiple times for us and I seriously can’t rate them high enough . If you are wanting to go to Sayulita this is 100% your place . PERFECT location . So close to everything yet quiet and relaxing too . LOVE LOVE LOVE . Thank you guys at Ysuri for a wonderful trip .

I wish they had washcloths for taking a shower and stuff . That’s literally my only negative I can think of but it’s no biggie if you just bring some!!

The location was perfect, close to town but tucked away so there was no noise at night. The view from the balcony and the pool looking out to the sea was beautiful and so relaxing. The staff were very nice and friendly! Overall a great experience :)

The kitchen element to the room was strange and there was a weird smell, which was masked by a fragrance. We had let the hotel know that it was our honeymoon and while it is not expected it would have been nice to receive something special to mark the occasion so it just felt that it was missing that magic touch

Everything was pretty much perfect! I'm picky and i have to say this place exceeded my expectations given the reasonable price. The room was very large, big comfy bed (not soft) with great pillows! I travel with my own pillow, but these pillows were soft fluffy and excellent. There is a large sofa and a comfy armchair. The pool is beautiful and does not smell like chlorine, which i loved! Baklava restaurant is fantastic with delicious food and cocktails and right on the beach. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to town, so you are very close to everything and yet get to avoid all the noise. There are three massage spots right in front of the hotel and on the beach, so that was amazing. Thank you so much to Malena at the front desk for helping us during the stay. She is so sweet and attentive! We came for 4 days, thinking to book and try some other hotel, but ended up extending our stay at Hotel Ysuri for another 5 nights because this place was so comfortable. Definitely coming back.

Wifi could have been faster, i ended up tethering from my phone to my laptop and having an outdoor seating that was padded and soft.
