The breakfast was really good, people friendly at all times, swimming pool was enjoyable for kids and the mall was closer to the hotel, you can walk around and have places to go.
I believe there was someone smoking because on the main hall of the rooms it smelled like cigarrete. This is prohibited on all rooms so people must respect this. It is a matter of guest responsability and not on the hotel.

The room was very spacious, and clean and the bed was really comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly, especially at breakfast, which by the way was delicious. I always stay at this hotel in Monterrey. Great location with several options for eating and shopping nearby, highly recommend, especially for business trips (althought this was not the case this time).
If I'm being very picky: our view was not as nice as the ones from the rooms with balconies that look inside the hotel. There was also some sort of machine below our balcony which produced a buzzing sound, which was a bit annoying but fortunately it was not that loud either.

Payment options came short of my expectations since there is a lot of new technologies, but is not due to the employees but IHG as a whole. That goes for other places.

The A/C worked very well. I loved the usb and plug hub on the nightstand. And the breakfast was very delicious. Especially the egg and nopalitos.

The whole Hotel feels cozy, from the moment you enter the tone of the day calms down. Its awesome to have a green space and pool indoors regardless of the city weather conditions.
The elevators are really old, they are slow and feel violent.
