Our stay was great. The room was clean and we had a gorgeous view of the city and of the Cerro de la Silla. Breakfast was great but the restaurant was extremely busy it being Sunday morning and they were clearly understaffed. There were long queues for everything in the buffet and they only had one lady cooking the quesadillas , eggs and pancakes for everyone so it took a very long time to be served. They had absolutely nothing when it came to pan dulce (scones, etc). When I asked the waitress she said they may take it out later but they never did.

The rooms needed repair, there was mold in the bathroom. Ice machine wasn't working during our stay. Front desk didn't answer.

Low in staff for breakfast are and there was an event with loud noice early in the morning in the lobby and you could hear it in the room while we were trying to rest.

Their buffet was really good, had some good choices of food and drinks. the wait staff was very nice too, always paying attention.

The lady doing the "huevos al gusto" was often very overwhelmed, she definitely needed some help but was always smiling and being very nice.

It’s in a central location. Easy to navigate. The staff is very helpful and nice.

I didn’t like that the key cards only get you to your floor and the lobby. Try to get rooms on the same floor if traveling with a large group, or ask the staff for a card to get to their floor.

I like where it was located. the staff were nice.

I didn’t like that during the weekdays they don’t clean the pool. I got there a Tuesday and the pool was dirty they didn’t clean it till Thursday for the weekend. I also didn’t like that the rooms are very outdated..

The hotel needs some renovation work. It is a bit old. The window frames in the rooms need reinforcement, the wind makes the windows shake and it's impossible to sleep

Lactation was the best factor and yes I will be returning in the future for sure

This is my favorite hotel in Monterrey. the rooms are nice. the view is amazing. the staff treats us like family. this is our home away from home.
