The bed and room are very comfortable. The staff is very friendly. Internet is pretty good. My first day, the WiFi was so fast, I could stream videos in HD. The following days, there were more people at the hotel, and WiFi was a lot slower. But it was still better than all the nearby hotels where my friends stayed. The location is also great. You are right next to Parque Fundidora, and you can walk to downtown along the river walkway. The hotel will be a lot better in about a year (2024 and beyond). They are still finishing construction on the above ground walkways, lower office buildings, and nearby mall. It looks like a bunch of nice restaurants will be locating their soon. When I stayed, there was just a food court with 2-3 vendors.

The shower head is one of the worst I've ever seen. With low water pressure and clogged nozzles, there was barely any spray. The hotel needs to replace all their shower heads. The elevators can be very slow. They move quickly, but they accelerate, open, and close very slowly. If you are the only person using the elevator - it is quick. But when there are multiple people using them (and when 1 of the 2 elevators breaks, which happened twice when I stayed there), it now takes 15 minutes to complete one up-and-down trip. Furthermore, the hotel lobby is 4 floors above the ground floor - increasing elevator use. Not a good system.

The room was very comfortable. The location, in front of Parque La Fundidora, offered an excellent view of El Cerro de la Silla. The rooms were super clean and looked brand new.

The hotel was great, and breakfast was hot, ready, and delicious. The whole staff since arriving up until departure were very helpful and pleasing. I will most definitely recommend and stay again.

There was nothing to not like. Everyone and everything was EXCELLENT!

I really enjoyed the breakfast, the full room and of course the cleaning stuff was incredible. The hotel location is perfect, so easy to move and near from Parque Fundidora and Paseo Santa Lucía.

I loved everything

I went to Monterrey to run the Marathon, so I needed to be very close to the start line, thats why we choose this place. The front desk people was was very kind and helpful. And I loved to cross the street and ran in Fundadora Park.

The kindness of the cafeteria and housekeeping staff, we felt comfortable and safe. The room was very quiet which we could rest comfortably.

The attention of the customer service when we arrived at dawn, was not very courteous and the employee was of few words. The TV could not be turned on but it was not a big deal.

The staff of front desk was exceptional however the restaurant staff not Great ubicación Cleanliness

Traveled with family members and requested in advance for our rooms to be the closest possible from each other and they made it happen...!!

No barbacoa beef made this time, however, always enjoy their menudo soup...!

I like the room very clean and the breakfast was great , staff personal was very friendly,the location was I plus , I really enjoyed the atmosphere even the parking espacio was great
