The room was very spacious, enough storage for our one week stay, the gym was a plus and the view from the terrace was beautiful.

The sink and shower in the room had a bit of a drainage smell, the pool needs keeping up, the tiles are coming off.

Staff was great and the room was very clean

Restaurant did not have all in the menu, and service was very slow

Location was great close to restaurants , Mexico is already an inviting country with friendly people, the staff will always greet you everywhere with a Good morning/afternoon/night…..

hot watter in the shower takes a lot of time to came out

Is near restaurants, the fundidora park, the tour it’s amazing and the view.

For the price we paid they should have a hair dryer, coffe maker, minibar, the pool more hours more later The shower room 612 the floor was cracked and very slippery

I like that it has a bar and restaurant on the entrance

Customer service - the staff is not approachable and friendly- 3 out of 5 were always in a bad mood or attitude

Somehow I was not able to control the room temperature, but it was not a major problem

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Had various questions and helped me get the answers. The pool was nice, just didn't have much time to enjoy it. Great location for Pal Norte.

Not much to really complain about to be honest.

The staff at the restaurant was scarce and sometimes not even there. Maybe they were short staffed but it just wasn't a great experience to have to wait to get some coffee.
