I had a good stay at Antaris Cintermex during my 2-night visit to Monterrey. The property is well-maintained and located in a great spot, right opposite the famous garden, which adds to its charm. There are a few nice eating places nearby, which makes dining convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I’d recommend this hotel for its location and good service!

The staff was helpful and polite, although they didn’t speak English, which made communication a bit challenging. However, they tried their best to assist whenever needed.

Perfect Location of the Hotel. Just in front to the Parque Fundidora and the Arena Monterrey. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The staff was very friendly. I'll stay again here.

Just few spots for parking lots. That was all that I didn't like, I think all the Hotel is perfect. I know that you guys will fix it. Thank you for all.

The hotel is excellent located across the street from the Cintermex Convention Center, as We had an event there It was pretty convenient. Also, Parque Fundidora is within walking distance, and from there you can take a boat to have a wonderful trip to Downtown Monterrey, Excellent breakfast, clean, and good service from the staff. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms.

The gym and Fitness area needs some maintenance that correspond to a hotel of this category.

Having traveled here for a business expo, the location was extremely convenient! The bed was comfortable, the suite was cozy, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good - and the coffee, it was excellent!

The only detail, is that my room had some humidity and needs a little bit of maintenance since it was affecting the ceiling close to the door

When the hotel clerk who did not speak English told me that my Spanish was bad. Usually Spanish speakers understand me but she refused to try and got assistance in understanding me.

The hotel was alright, there was suddenly a strong sewer smell, and there was only one soap at the sink, but none at the shower so we had to be carrying it back and forth

The breakfast and dinner were always delicious! The entire hotel was very beautiful! Staff were very friendly.

The garage felt very cramped and scary to maneuver through. If people were not careful, they could hit each other's vehicles. The entrance into said garage could also be missed

Its close to the concert venue I went and it’s right in front of Fundidora Park which is great.

The room had 2 TV but only one worked.

Room and bed is Ok. Room is comfortable and with great area. Room is clean.

Restaurant or service room is not available after 10:00 pm. Because of location (near Cintermex) I think the hotel should have available service room (meals) after hours! This is very important if you have "Arena Monterrey" in front of your hotel, because many shows finishes after 11:00 pm. Got it?
