If you have a convention/expo to attend at Cintermex, the hotel is just in front of the venue, so no need to spend money on transportation, and even it has a pedestrian bridge to cross over the avenue, unfortunately is not wheelchair accessible, so if you need to use wheelchair, you might need to use the crossing at street level, which it's risky. If you didn't have an expo to attend, Cintermex is part of Fundidora Park, which is a main attraction in the city so you are not only close to a convention center, but also to the Park itself.

The water was leaking from the shower area, due to the glass that separate the shower from the rest of the bathroom was not properly sealed, so all the splashed water from taking a shower was leaking outside up to the room's door.

I had a good stay at Antaris Cintermex during my 2-night visit to Monterrey. The property is well-maintained and located in a great spot, right opposite the famous garden, which adds to its charm. There are a few nice eating places nearby, which makes dining convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I’d recommend this hotel for its location and good service!

The staff was helpful and polite, although they didn’t speak English, which made communication a bit challenging. However, they tried their best to assist whenever needed.

Perfect Location of the Hotel. Just in front to the Parque Fundidora and the Arena Monterrey. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. The staff was very friendly. I'll stay again here.

Just few spots for parking lots. That was all that I didn't like, I think all the Hotel is perfect. I know that you guys will fix it. Thank you for all.

The hotel is excellent located across the street from the Cintermex Convention Center, as We had an event there It was pretty convenient. Also, Parque Fundidora is within walking distance, and from there you can take a boat to have a wonderful trip to Downtown Monterrey, Excellent breakfast, clean, and good service from the staff. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms.

The gym and Fitness area needs some maintenance that correspond to a hotel of this category.

Location Location Location.... We had a concert to go to at Parque Fundidiora, which was literally across the street. The room was very spacious, we even had a small living room. Bed was very comfortable and the Staff was a great.

Everything was Good

Having traveled here for a business expo, the location was extremely convenient! The bed was comfortable, the suite was cozy, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good - and the coffee, it was excellent!

The only detail, is that my room had some humidity and needs a little bit of maintenance since it was affecting the ceiling close to the door

When the hotel clerk who did not speak English told me that my Spanish was bad. Usually Spanish speakers understand me but she refused to try and got assistance in understanding me.

The hotel was alright, there was suddenly a strong sewer smell, and there was only one soap at the sink, but none at the shower so we had to be carrying it back and forth

There was no usb charger, now a days it’s imperative for hotels to have some

Its close to the concert venue I went and it’s right in front of Fundidora Park which is great.

The room had 2 TV but only one worked.
