The staff is helpful and kind. The room is furnished simply but functionally and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good, served to the room in a very special "contactless" way. It is possible to order food from the menu to the room. There is a beautiful park within walking distance and the city center is less than 3 kilometers away on foot.

There is not much variability and choice at breakfast. The content is exactly given for each day, which does not have much variability. I was surprised by the language skills of the staff. The hotel declares English, but my experience was that it was very difficult to communicate in English. In the end, I chose the written form translated on the phone into Spanish. There is only air conditioning in the room. There is no window to ventilate. I don't count the small window in the shower.

I really liked the bathroom. the mirror lit up from the sides. The shower was amazing! the shower head was straight on top of you and you could also sit because it had a bench. I liked the table that was put to eat. The breakfast service was actually really fast compared to the other reviews I saw. We ordered breakfast and in less than 15 minutes they brought it up to the room. The lady who brought the food up was very sweet. The TV was also very big. There was also an area were you could hang clothes if you needed to.

The bed was a little hard. I could hear the other guests when they would open their doors or walk and move. The pictures on booking make it seem like there is a full view mirror on the ceiling but in my room the mirror was all blacked out and you could only see the words hotel myst. Its not bad i just expected an actual mirror where i could see myself.

Cleanliness worth the price

Everything was okay except when we asked for towels it took a very long time to get. Rooms are a 5 star for the great price. Other than that everything was great with the exception of the surroundings, I mean the streets around are very dirty. Any places (touristic) needs to be done by vehicle (taxi) for the closes area to go see is the Fundidora Park. Other than that you will need a taxi to go to any place around Monterrey.

I really appreciate that the reception staff let me check in very early and quickly 10/10 for that, the room facilities were very new, TV with many channels and overall, the room was quite clean.

I did not receive my breakfast after ordering it, the sound isolation is very poor, as I got a room on the first floor I could hear everything from the reception and other rooms, halway.

The location is very good, it is very close to the steel company next to it, and it is also very clean, the only shortcoming is that the room has no Windows. Everything else is fine, and there's a place to park

Location was great with covered dedicated parking and a short walk to Parque Fundidora. Room service was fast, affordable, and great quality. The free breakfast had generous portions and multiple options delivered right to your room.

The breakfast service just the workers need pay attention or listen when clients call

The hallway is noise need to change to a carpet ( people walking or carry luggage) I understand for cleaning

I liked that is was close in town and around most of the restaurants and stores, parks we were visiting every day.

That there is no air conditioning in the bathroom and was very hot.

Great size room, unbelievably huge and comfortable bed. The shower is fantastic, the size and the water pressure we loved it. Ac leaking and no windows, but we didn't care about that too much.

No window, that was a bit weird.

Not too far from the center, good, clean, comfy room. Excellent on site parking facilities with direct access to rooms. All food comes to your room through a hatch: very privacly friendly
