The lobby was super welcoming and smelled super clean. The breakfast and 24-hour complimentary coffee and tea was super convenient. The pool and jacuzzi looked really nice, but we were unable to use it due to unexpected cooler weather. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.
The size of the room was smaller than expected. The sink also started to clog up near the end of our stay. The beds were also slightly firm for my liking.

Free breakfast, location, incredible stuff, cleanliness. Jacuzzi and swimming pool had warm water. The swimming pool is easy to access. You can walk to Arena Monterrey if you are going to a concert. Parque Fundidora is within walking distance from the hotel.

Everything in the room was in good condition. Included breakfast was good ( except not very warm pancakes and the " butter " was in fact margarine). All staff very efficient and friendly, except one older gentleman. Easy parking under hotel and direct access to room with elevator.

It was the perfect location for what I needed. It is directly in front of The Arena Monterrey where I was attending an event at. There is a very good restaurant connected to the hotel. Rooms were nice & clean. All of the staff were so kind and very helpful. They also have extra security by needing to scan room card in elevator in order to use it.

pretty much everything, beds, breakfast was great, personnel was friendly and the location was amazing for our trip.
cleanliness could be better, just a minor issue in the shower tub, there were a lot of hairs in there prior using it.

Very close to the Centermex and just 30 mins away from the airport. Nice and clean. Room service is excellent. Very good restaurant and nice personnel.
Rooms are not very quiet. You hear a lot of noise!

Good breakfast but kind of small breakfast area. It becomes VERY overcrowded in the mornings, hard to walk through with so many people. Breakfast was wonderful though.
