A second visit to compare and it was all lovely ! As an architectural designer , I loved to see how all the unique buildings were integrated into the natural environment, and how well maintained it seemed to be …👍 The view over the city , especially on the clear night , was stunning !!🤩

The water in the pool was a bit chilly …🤣😂

Lovely views over the landscape, as well as the room, quite tidy and clean. Besides the access to the restaurant and the adequate attention of the waiters, in spite of being only a few. A very pleasant experience.

The air conditioning, along with the water, was saturated by the other visitors. At certain times there was not enough water for a bath, or the room took a long time to cool down. This only happened during the night, and in the morning.

Staff were so nice and even checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. The location is lovely and I highly recommend for staying by nearby trails. The views of the restaurant are absolutely breathtaking. Best to use the pool on any day, but Sunday when it is packed with families and children.

Small issues as lack of hand and floor towels in the bathroom, they were provided after ask. Also, the bedside tables, and center table in the room had the recess for a glass (without the glass) making them little impractical.

The staff was really nice, everything went really good.. Even we saw a bear, but the staff was extremely calm about it and they managed situations with the bear and care about people.. I definitely recommend this place to rest and have a good relaxing time.. I will come back again.

I like the place, close to the mountains. The service of the people specialy at the restaurant. Good food.

One of the rooms did not have warm water, no hand towels, and the sink had a leak that got wet all my makeup. Strong smell of insecticide. Water at the pool was cold.

The beautiful surroundings

There were several safety issues: not enough light in the hallway, slippery floors in the hallway to the room, and loose banisters on stairways.

The place is nice and the rokma are good enough.

The entre guarda and reception desk are zero friendly

Only wish some form of breakfast was included, unfortunately closest place is a seperate restaurant from the resort where they charge about $16 USD/person
