The beach club is a super plus! It is a 5 minute drive from the hotel. But there is a shuttle every 30 minutes. The staff is just amazing! Everyone gets out of their way to help and be kind to the guests. The night shows were amazing! The performers take time to have breakfast with the guests and tell you about their shows and careers. Super family friendly.

The food options for vegetarians are not great. We had to be very creative to find a main course for every meal. All the soups are chicken broth based. We unfortunately also got a belly bug once (which is kind of ok, considering it is a buffet meal and the high temperatures). For the all inclusive price we had expected better meal options. The WiFi needs to be improved.

The grounds were beautiful, the staff was incredible, the pools were beautiful at both hotels. We booked a quiet select room on the bottom, room 126 with a balcony that was perfect for our morning coffee, our room was cleaned everyday and the beds were very comfortable and the air conditioner worked great too! The Niru club was a short walk or you can take a quick shuttle every half hour especially if it was too hot to walk. Lunch was great at the Niru but dinner at the Binni was not great. I recommend the great burgers right across the street for a reasonable price and great pizza just down the street for a reasonable price and wonderful restaurants right on the beach. Another thing we would do is eat a late lunch at around 4:00pm at the Niru beach club and then we didn't need dinner. Our favorite thing to do on this vacation was to spend our days on the beach, swimming and reading and drinking of course . Santa Cruz was a phenomenal beach and there was great snorkeling right there. The beach club supplied masks, paddle boards and kayaks which was fun. It was an incredible vacation, we will be back.

We weren't a fan of the food, especially dinner.

Great all-included experience, the hotel provides a great beach club with some activities as well as a pool with a slide. We also enjoyed the entertainment evening shows. Overall food was good and had a good variety. The reception staff were absolutely amazing, really went all the way to make us feeling comfortable. Waiters were generally kind and helpful.

The main downside for us was the lack of activities for kids. Except from the small children's Cinema, there were not activities oriented to kids. Of course, there is a pool and a small kids area, but we hoped for some more accompanied activities.

our stay over all was really good, the beach club was amazing staff for the most part was friendly pool at the actual hotel needs remodel but it was nice and fresh the pool at the beach club was beautiful but it felt more like a hot tub the water was super hot but the beach made up for it it was so beautiful, we never waited more than 15 minutes for transportation from hotel to beach club honestly its walking distance but it was too hot to walk anywere food wasnt bad but it wasnt great either it was very repetitive drinks were great over all for the price we paid we felt like it was a great value we really enjoyed out stay

The location is fantastic, very close to the beach and the Beach Club has amazing views.

The beach club closes early at 5:30, it would be nice to stay open for the sunset.

We loved this hotel. The room was great, and the staff were friendly. The new beach club was a real bonus!

We are vegetarian, and we found it sometimes hard to get a meal with sufficient protein. I would be told that a dish such as the beans had no meat (I speak some Spanish) only to find ham in it. I spoke to the restaurant manager and told her that they should consider adding some vegetarian friendly meals, such as chickpea salads, to the menu. Otherwise, the food was great!

The rooms were nice, the pool/beach club was great- staff were good, sometimes at the front desk were not very helpful but for the most part it was great. Check in was seemless

the fact that you didn't have food options between 5pm and 730 pm.. not very helpful with families with children for sure.

The room was very clean. The hotel is located in an amazing garden with various option to have fun with the kids like a mini-golf and table tennis. There was a shuttle to the beach club every half hour, but it is also possible to walk to the beach. We liked the restaurant at the beach club where the lunch was. The pool was nice but the beach is open to the public and was always very crowded.

We didn't like the food in the main restaurant (breakfast and dinner). It was not very delicious and caused some stomach problems to my husband and me.

All staff was amazing, rooms cleans and nice, we had booked a different room and they gave us a very nice upgrade, the beach club is also so nice and cute. Thanks

The wifi did not work very well in the rooms and sometimes it did not work in the facilities either.
