the staff at this property was second to none. The beach club was a pleasant surprise it was a beautiful setting! The all inclusive meals were ample and the cleanliness of this property was top notch all the housekeeping staff were very efficient and accommodated any need that may arise.

the Breakfast did not open until 7 am which was fine , but no access to coffee earlier than 7am is a long wait if you are an early riser. perhaps a lobby coffee machine or in room coffee makers would be a good option.

The terrace balcony. Good shower. Very clean. Lock box in the room. Friendly, helpful staff. Great location with quick access to the beach, both the hotel's beach club, and the Santa Cruz beach. There were lots of restaurants in the area. There is a pedestrian walkway right beside the hotel that leads to La Crusecita town and a large superstore. It takes about 15 minutes. Gorgeous weather. Around 30 C midday and 21-24 at night.

Evenings are loud at the hotel with music in the lobby and a colorful bus on the street that encourages its passengers to yell as they pass the hotel every 20 minutes or so. The plastic seats on the terrace and at the beach club need a pillow to sit on to be comfortable.

The property overall was kept clean. Professional and friendly staff. I love the entertainment they had every night. Fun environment! Awesome location, my group was able to take the bus almost right in front of the property.

I did not like that it was not clear for my group that we had to pay one night of our accommodation in order to keep our reservation available. Because we didn’t pay in advance the first night, our King room was not available and end up getting another room with double beds. I think this was more like a problem with Booking reservations process.

the hotel was in the best location in think. Close to the town centre, a quick and pleasant walk to the local village, with it's great central market, directly behind where the boats depart from in bay tours, and wonderful beach restaurants at Santa Cruz. Then a quick shuttle bus trip away and your at the hotel's beach club, which is incredible. The beach is absolutely beautiful, and private, then there a huge pool, sunloungers, umbrellas, kids activities and the best lunch buffet we've ever had. We also really enjoyed the buffet breakfast at the hotel each morning.

rooms on the street side were a bit noisy at night and couldn't lock the doors to the balcony. The tv was only in Spanish which was a bit hard with the kids.

I like the care to detail. Host very kind and diligent . The food was exceptional. Great Sazon, cultural, variety and presentation. The private beach and lunch . A unique view, while watching and drinking. Pool clean and warm Mrs. Arroyo

I think the personnel were being overwhelmed, under paid, but kind and very presentable, clean, and always being very servant.

Everything is just fine for the price. Beach club is nice. Location in Santa Cruz is convenient. It's all what you can expect for the ridiculously cheap price paid.

It's LOUD in the dining room. Like having breakfast in an auditorium. And no bartenders before 11 a.m. Drinks are only included between 11am and 11 pm. You have to pay for a mimosa with breakfast, which is fine, if you actually get a mimosa and not whatever the unqualified waiter/waitress thinks a mimosa might be.

Was close to the beach, and the food was very delicious.

I couldn’t regulate the AC, kind of warm for us. They never answered the phone (operator) A lot of mosquitoes in the lobby

Food was pretty good for the price, beach club was nice, nice beach as well and decent enough pool. All inclusive drinks were standard and good

Wifi was awful in the rooms.

The breakfast was very good and the location of the hotel was where I was aspected close to the beach, and very nice place
