The kindness of the hosts makes this place special to me. I have been twice and will go back. It is a good place to relax after a long flight - it has a common kitchen, you can use the fridge and you have the option to make something to eat. I slept well, it is located in a quiet side street. It is an older house, the rooms are basic yet comfy and tidy. Price and value are great. Your hosts are a friendly elderly couple of locals who make sure you are ok and have all you need. I always feel REALLY welcome there. I was looking forward to my bed so much this time after 24 hrs of travel and I was not disappointed. They patiently waited for me to arrive at night. Gracias tanto! Don' t expect that you are being attended all day though. It is not meant to be that kind of a place. It is a place for independent travelers who love a warm welcome, a quiet and good place to sleep and the space to do their own thing. Big plus: The ADO bus station is within walking distance. The local bus that takes you out to the beaches of the hotel zone is in walking distance, too. And lots of little places to eat or have coffee. Supermarket, ATM.. it is all close by. The Hotel is within walking distance from the ADO Station, from which the whole City is easily reachable by Bus. It is very close to the Mercado 28, a nice place for eating and finding some Souvenirs. If you are looking for a place a little bit away from the huge Resorts, this is a very good Option! The Host was one of the most kind and friendly people we have ever met. She helps you with erverything she can and gave us some nice recommendations.

The host was the kindest and sweetest lady ever! She was really understanding and cared about our comfort as much as she could. We had a wonderful time and we will definitely recommend this accomodation :) Thank you very much for your attention !

The host was super nice, the place was clean and spacious, and the rooms were comfortable.

No secure parking for the car. We parked in the closest neighbourhood parking lot. Right by the hotel. There was a sign that it is protected by cameras however, someone forced the car trunk open and stole the spare tyre. Luckily we didn't leave anything else in the car.

We arrived late in Cancun and had some issues with the taxi. The host was really helpful and looked for us outside, cause we couldn't find the place right away. The room was nice but simple. It was quite big, had 2 double beds (where easily 2 people can sleep in one bed) and a bathroom. It had all the necessary equipment (AC, ventilator) and was perfect for our 1-night-stay. We can't say a lot about the accommodation cause we only spent a night, but we had a great experience with the host who we had a lovely conversation with before we left the next morning.

Very nice and friendly people, located walking distance from city center ''Palapas square'' and very close to Market 28 for craft and food purchases. This was our third stay within last 3 years: always fine! Thank you Mercedes and Sergio!

Mercedes, Sergio & Carlos are very nice, friendly and welcoming. I give them 10 but their plumber would get a 2!!!? :-)

Kitchen could use tidying but they had a tough week with the plumber. Loved everything!

the owner and staff were great! the location is quiet but walking distance to the markets, plazas, stores, restaurants and action.

It could use some maintenance in general - paint, rust, etc.

I really enjoyed the owner of the hotel, she was very sweet and immediately made us feel at home. Located right next to Mercado 28, which is fun for food and shopping!

The hotel is located on a side street and is a bit hard to find.
