The hotel location is near the main zone near the location where you find restaurants, attractions, tours, and walking distance to have a beautiful beach.The hotel lobby is welcoming , nice area to enjoy some drinks by the bar awesome bartender. The room had comfortable beds, and the room was decent clean. It's a good hotel if you are planning to just sleep and be out enjoying tours and attractions. The breakfast was good basic but met expectations very comforting food choices. The staff were very helpful when having questions and polite.

The pool area is not too comfortable even though the back area is very spacious. The pools need remodeling, lights, and more comfortable recliners to enjoy. The owner should add a jacuzzi, add some speakers playing music, and probably even a small snack area to consume from.

The pool has been renovated and got a total make-over. Its great. The best pool!

The kitchenette in the room has no kitchenware. None. The location is not great: You need a car or have to take an uber to go to the entertainment zone.

The location is very good, just close to ferry station to Mujeras Island

There were lots of maintenance work taking place and not convenient to stay when they are working in the property

Only complaint was bed was very, very hard, and pillows were extremely squishy and soft.

The location of the hotel is good, it is close to a bus stop, the beach is 5 minutes away, it has parking, a swimming pool, a restaurant, a market, and an oxxo is nearby, perfect to go with your partner or family.
