It’s just a short distance from Cancun’s main hotel strip, yet blissfully removed from the glitz, noise, and high prices of the larger resorts. The entire atmosphere is one of relaxed luxury. The staff are exceptional — every single person greets you with a genuine smile. It’s clear they love working here, and their pride in the hotel shows in every interaction. Even the owner is often seen strolling the grounds, chatting warmly with guests and ensuring everyone is happy. Nothing is too much trouble, and thoughtful touches are everywhere. The management is even considering adding a happy hour at the bar, special food menu promotions, and an espresso machine serving the best coffee — all signs of their constant care for guests’ enjoyment. It was perfect. We don’t like Cancun as a resort so this was ideal.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Helped us with booking airport taxi (recommend Reliable Transfers) and a tour to Chichen Itza. Amazing cocktails and service from Ramiro! Room was very spacious lovely view to pool garden and lagoon. Bed very comfortable. Restaurant was a great option at end of day. We chose this location in hotel zone but quieter at night away from nightclub area. Easy to catch buses from end of street. Water dispenser in reception was a bonus. We hope to visit again!

Our family of 6 enjoyed a wonderful week at Sina Suites. We booked two comfortable Junior Suites, which provided a basic but suitable base for our stay. The bedrooms were surprisingly large, and the hotel itself is beautiful and relaxing, making it a perfect escape. We particularly enjoyed its proximity to the lagoon; we even had the thrill of spotting a crocodile! Its location was ideal, within walking distance of the lively hotel zone shops and restaurants. The convenient bus service also made exploring easy. We were especially impressed by the kind and helpful staff, particularly Ramiro, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We highly recommend Sina Suites for a convenient and peaceful Cancun vacation. We will definitely be back!

Perfect for people who don't want to stay in a huge resort but want more than a hostel. I can't recommend this place enough. Perfect location right on the lagoon with a view of all the beautiful yachts. Has everything that you need - on site bar, restaurant, fill up of drinking water, pool, kitchen in your apartment, the comfiest beds, spacious shower with hot water, TV with netflix, close to local shops and restaurants, close to R1 / R2 bus stop, friendly staff, daily pool towels that you can take to the beach (what a nice touch). Special shout out to the Pink Coconut for my veggies/vegans. I loved the relaxed atmosphere, as you can decide what vibe you want your holiday to be - do you want to relax on your patio or socialise with other guests or sunbathe etc. There's nothing more awful than arriving at a place and being hit instantly with other holiday makers obnoxious noise and you feel like you're on their holiday. Sina was nothing like that, it was the most relaxing inviting and welcoming place where you can forget about the world while you're there.

Not something that bothered me, but they ask (politely) if you want to tip each time you order something even if its just a drinks order. I must stress this is in all Mexico not just this hotel and also remind you that we are on holiday - we are there to spend money, so just give what you can! Order a bunch of stuff at once if you'd prefer to just give one tip. These businesses are their livelihood at the end of the day and it is within their culture to ask for tips - they are not doing it to offend! I know this might seem a bit of a shock to some other cultures like British who aren't accustom to tipping as much.

Cool location away from the noise of Cancun - good facilities and very helpful staff. They go the extra mile to help you out with questions. Location is slightly far (can be a pro or a con depending on what you want). Need a bus ride to get to Cancun center. But there are restaurants in walking distance.

Great breakfast and perfect service for dinner, good location and lovely premises.

Rooms had ants in them and the nets for the mosquitoes barely work, I had some mosquito bites in the morning.

Location is fine, but 15min walk from center of zona hotelara with bars and night clubs, no access to the beach, you need to walk 15-20min.

Sina Suites is a great hotel, which I recommend. The hotel has a good location, you can easily take a bus to go to one of the many beaches (walking is also an option of course) or to downtown Cancùn. Furthermore, the hotel has a quiet location and it has a big green beautiful area with a pool from where you can enjoy the view of the lagoon. The hotel is clean, well maintained and the employees are friendly and helpful. When we arrived, the receptionist Abrìl was amazing, she explained to us where to go , how to go there and she provided very useful tips. The other receptionists were also friendly. The bartender working in the evenings, was also a great guy , making small talk and lovely cocktails. All the employees made us feel welcomed, we even got a free complementary breakfast at the end of the stay. Our room was very spacious and the mattresses were comfortable. The hotel does not provide organized excursions but it is very easy to arrange them via many of the tour guides or via an app. I arranged 3 group excursions via an app and the pick up location was 10-15 min walking from Sina Suites, which was great. Overall, Sina Suites is a place which is not in the busy area of Cancùn where you can relax and enjoy quiet time. If you want, you can easily take the bus and go wherever you wish.

Our stay at Sina Suites was an 11/10 experience. The staff—from reception to the restaurant—were incredibly friendly and attentive. We especially appreciated Nestor, who served us most days with a smile, great conversation, and impeccable service. The food was hands down the best we had in Cancun—better than anything we tried along the Hotel Zone, and very reasonably priced. The peaceful atmosphere (no kids, no loud music), the clean and refreshing pool, and the comfortable, cool room made it the perfect retreat after hot days. We also loved the charming neighborhood filled with wildlife like hummingbirds, marine iguanas, bats, and even crocodiles!

Honestly, there wasn’t anything we disliked. If you’re looking for a party scene, this isn’t it—but for us, the quiet was a huge plus.

We really enjoyed our stay, the place is in the quiet, nice, clean area, next to the lagoon, outside of noisy area but close enough from beaches, bus station and shops. Very clean and making daily cleaning and towel changes, despite some furniture is old is clean and comfortable. We had a lovely room downstairs with garden view towards the palm trees and lagoon. The drinks and food are tasty too, special thanks to Ramirez-. Makes the best Mojitos cocktails😁🙏, but all staff are friendly and ready to support if you have questions!
