Amazing location. Love the pool and the terras with sea-vieuw, that's what we booked for. Sweet people living there and super kind cleaning personal.

No full acces to the kitchen, minimal breakfast. Could have been a bit more clean. 'limited' freedom due to mozzies, ofcourse not the properties responsability.

Quiet and peaceful paradise! The villa is gorgeous and so are the rooms - luxury for Mexico indeed (e.g. hot water with strong pressure, nice interieur). We felt right at home. It was also great that the guests can use the big and well equipped kitchen (I didn’t see it in the description, so it might be good to know in advance). in our opinion, there are more/ better restaurants at the other part of the island/ in the centre and even so you can walk along the beach in general, you might need a taxi in the evening. As there is no breakfast included we would recommend buying a few things in advance at the supermarket / market for fruits which is in the centre (good and cheap). Check out the beach clubs Mazura and Corolinda! As the villa is directly at the beach the view is amazing. We had a lot of seagrass (Check the best travel-time in terms of seagrass), but from the terrace the view was still nice and the smell not too bad (as at other places we passed). There are also a lot of mosquitos on that part of the island. The nicest thing was the team in the villa! Everybody was sooo friendly, offering coffee in the morning and just being there for us. It is also possible getting your laundry done for small money. There is a hotel next to the villa: „Nomade“. The food was too expensive for the equality, but the restaurant is very lovely and special and they offer nice sessions like Yoga, Sound Healing, which you can join and pay 20 or 25 US dollars. We would definitely stay there again (in fact, we even stayed one night longer than planned).

We stayed in the 3rd floor suite. The room, balcony, bathroom, and common area facilities were all spacious. Sunsets from the balcony were to die for. Large shower, partitioned toilet area, and hot water felt luxurious. A few nearby restaurants for evenings when you don't want to go into town. Windows open for amazing nighttime sleeping with waves crashing on the beach and fresh air pouring into the bedroom. A truly remarkable and romantic setting for a getaway. We got a very affordable price since the jacuzzi tub was not operational but the unit was still perfectly functional without this feature. The beach in front of the room is very nice and suitable for swimming.

It was about 25 minutes to walk to town, which is a little further out than ideal. Or $10 for a 4x4 cab. Roads were very muddy when we were there, which is fairly common in Holbox. We had mosquitoes one evening at dusk for about an hour. Nearby restaurants were not as good as the inexpensive offerings in town.

Beautiful and quiet spot away from the more resorty area. It was great to have some use of basic kitchen appliances (fridge, microwave, etc) and the deck space facing the ocean was fantastic. Our concierge, Karina, was super accommodating and helpful especially with arriving and departing outside of check in/out times.

We and the other guests that arrived while we were there didn't initially understand that it is sort of a shared home situation. Each room has an en suite and privacy but I think the listing seemed more like separate villas but there's a shared kitchen, living room, and outdoor space. This was fine (especially because we had the place to ourselves for a day), just a bit of a surprise.

We loved the location , and the house , we had it all for ourselves. It’s a large private villa , with 3 beautiful large separate bedrooms and a shared kitchen , living room , pool etc . 10 min walk along the beach to get to main street . Karina was our host and concierge, an amazing experience , extremely helpful with advise , recommendations , transport and coordinating the cleaning with the in house staff .

This house is everything! The property is extremely beautiful and perfectly secluded, and yet close enough to a beautiful Beach Club where we had a lovely time. The staff - Marcelo and Agueda were very engaging and delightful! We will miss them every day until the day we can return!

I wish there would have been fresh fruit with the toast and coffee that were served, but if you buy the fruit, you can keep it in the fridge and have it for your own self-service.

Loved the house . Loved the view. The room was good. Beds were comfortable. It felt like an intimate hotel. Not too many other guests. Staff and Karina are wonderful.

Only recommendation I have is more hooks in the room to hang wet items.

Staff very friendly and always ready to help you. Carolina helped us to arrange transfer from the airport, which it was perfect. I highly recommend this little paradise. Very quiet and private. Sunsets were stunning ☺️
