We loved the location, cleanliness, local nearby shops/restaurants and Romeo was great! The place had a coffee maker, refrigerator, dishes for cooking and eating and silverware. Air conditioners were great, kept us nice and cool. When we needed things like toilet paper and extra towels, Romeo always provided for us.

Access door has to be locked and unlocked with a key, could have a lock that automatically locks when you close it or have a keycode to access. I know it's a big ask, but a swimming pool would be an amazing bonus to the property. Furniture inside like chairs could have been a little more comfortable, but they were ok.

Clean, big room with two beds and several windows for sunlight to come in. Really loved my time here. I was solo and I felt safe here as well. Quiet nice area. Staff are nice people. And their AC is really good. Fair price would def come back here 100%

I was frustrated when arrived cuz gate was locked and no one answer calls so I had to wait in the heat. But later it was actually my bad cuz the host tried to contact me prior to my arrival to make sure I don’t wait. So advice is that let the host know what time U’ll be there to avoid wait.

Great accommodations, clean, private, quiet and safe with only 8 apartments. Romeo was helpful available every day.

Unclear if filtered water was safe for drinking. I asked but didn’t get a response. Coffee, even instant would be good.

We liked the surrounding of the place, a nice bar next door and the streets around. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was properly equipped. The supermarket is not too far from the object, so it's easy to do the grocery shopping. It's fairly easy to get to the center on foot, but it takes a bit more than 15minutes. There is a public transport and taxis available too.

There are some details when it comes to cleanliness that could be improved. The window blinds could also be repaired.

Clean and well-equipped kitchen. New suites. Staff very helpful. Complete professional cleaning, though it wasn't daily, as per the daily cleaning fee. Very good location. Close to the supermarket and restaurants, the bus to Centro could be flagged down right outside the door. We felt quite safe in the street area. The street high fence door was kept locked. There is no safe in the room for storing valuables, despite the description that one was included. We found the beds quite comfortable, despite reading some negative reviews.

Street noise and neighbor animals, very noisy especially at night. Chairs in the suite and outdoor sitting areas were quite uncomfortable. Difficult to sit for any length of time.

Quite, simple decor, well stocked with basic needs. Lovely grounds, nicely landscaped. Walking distance from grocery shopping and restaurants.

If you want hustle and bustle in busy tourist area, this is not the location for you.

Excellent value. Quiet, cool, clean rooms. The reverse osmosis water filters are a great bonus. Within walking distance of a Chedraui supermaket, a lavanderia, and delicious taquerias. Only 80-100 pesos to take a taxi to either end of the island.

location, safety, patio to relax and having lunch or dinner there, bathroom, internet speed, size of the place, air conditioning works amazing. it has a big refrigerator,nice kitchen/eating area. the stuff was very friendly and helpful. communication with the owner was fast and efficient.

a sofa in the living room absolutely not usable for sleeping on it!!!!!!!!!!!!! it is not even that it is too hard for sleeping, it is collapsing if you try to lay sleep on it. Our daughter slept on the floor all nights. the owner cannot post that the suite can accommodate more than 2 people. it would be nice to have a curtain on a kitchen window too. some rod/robe to hang and dry stuff after beach

Host was helpful, good wifi, good location. Replaced shower head for us, got us a big pot. Great king size bed in our unit.

Would like some dishtowels, more bed pillows.
