The room was nice and clean with a spacious bathroom and nice swimming pool. Even though the apartment is not in the center of the island, the location is still good because there is a big supermarket (Our room had a fridge so this came in very handy!) at 5 minutes walking and some nice restaurants at 10 minutes walking. Also, if you'd like to take a taxi to the center or the northern beach (really nice beach) the main road was also very nearby from which you can easily get a taxi for 100 pesos. Wifi connection is also good in the room.

The staff were amazing there was a male and female house and garden keeper they did everything to make sure we had a great time from english plug to an iron and also keeping the pool area clean aswel as the pool …. Great service thank you i will be coming again and using the same hotel soon enough

the location is rather quiet and conveniently close to a few restaurants, small shops, and the Chedraui supermarket. it's great to be able to rent bikes right at the hotel. the staff are friendly and helpful.

I can't complain much! it would be nice to have two chairs at the table in the room and a small lamp instead of the ceiling light.

Huge Bed was the main silver linning, hard to get to if you don't have a car, even harder to get from there back into town... or anywhere for that matter.

NO WIFI in our room, we had to sit beside the pool. We were only given one towel, and no floor towel either, despite the tiles in the bathroom getting very dangerous... we were subsequently accused of stealing the one towel we were given, highlighting how clue an operation it is.

Boutique hotel, only 8 rooms, friendly personalized service, pool, quiet/safe location, proximity to large store Chedraui & numerous taquerias, fridge in room, excellent air conditioning

Sometimes water pressure was low.

Cozy room just off a refreshing little pool. Good wifi, good TV, very comfortable bed. Staff was very accomodating and communication regarding any concerns was very quick.

Low shower pressure & water was too hot but staff fixed this very quickly.

Towels needed to be changed on a daily basis and towel should be placed at the entrance of shower to avoid slipping

Very clean and comfortable. Felt safe and secure. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good AC and a quite fan. I liked the tiled floor and big bed. Plenty of space. Shower was good but did take while for hot water. It works but I takes a few minutes.

Wifi didn't reach my room to well (top floor, far to one side) fallowing remarks weren't subtracted but would put the room over the top if added. A bed side lamp( light switch is by the door) a fridge ( wasn't missing but would be a nice add) and a Wifi booster so I could use Wifi in my room.

Awesome staff, great location right near Chederauis, very clean. Highly recommend!

Water pressure… but this can be expected

pool, big comfy bed, easy walk to Chedroui, very clean!

not a dislike - more a suggestion- a lamp by the bed for reading would be great. also a small fridge would have made my stay more comfortable
