We really like the room and the hotel in general. It is really nice and the energy too. The hotel is 10-15 from the downtown and you can take a bus which is very cheap, taxi, bike or rent a golf car. The service was great they cleaned the room every day, nice towels and sheets. You have to expect music at night from the restaurant next door even if you are staying in the privates rooms, for me and my husband wasn't bad and it just went until 12pm.

I would like to have a chair or a table in the room, which was very big but not surface to put much stuff. Also would appreciate if you fix the bikes! We couldn't rent them!

Location was both good and bad at the same time… secluded to sleep away from the noise of the center, but the restaurants right next to the private rooms were noisy until 1am with music full swing. It didn’t stop me from sleeping, but I can understand people who are put off by it. Room was nice, spacious and pretty clean. AC worked perfectly, and the hotel’s restaurant was beautiful and the DJ was very good! Staff are friendly and even welcomed us with a small drink at the bar.

There was a very strong smell of wet wood in the room, and the fact the doors don’t fully close made me uneasy. Pillow covers had small stains on them, but it wasn’t a deal breaker for us.

The room provided was truly unique and very comfortable and enjoyable. The location was perfect and the attached beach club was our favourite in the island as the vibe was the most relaxed and organic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Enigmatic

The lock on our room door was very difficult to line up and use and on a couple of occasions when the room had been cleaned, the cleaner had left the door unlocked once we returned.

We really liked the open tropical feel to the resort. The rooms were very clean and perfect size especially since we weren't in them very much. The resort was very close to other restaurants and bars all with a great view. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The bed was hard and there was really no where to in the room except the bed.

A little rain couldn't dampen our stay at Enigmatic Beach hotel! The property is filled with stunning gardens and jaw-dropping architecture, making it the ultimate oasis for relaxation. Plus, their unique design adds a touch of cool to the whole experience. Can't wait to go back!

Honestly the quantity of humidity in the room was beyond normal, having the AC on for 24h in order to have less water on the walls... plus the second night we had a small mouse in. then they changed room

Nice Hotel with beach access. The hotel offers lots of activities such as yoga class and snorkeling. Unfortunately we did not have hot water but the staff tried to fix it.

I loved my room the view was amazing, not to mention the customer service was excepcional, my daughter forgot her had and they sent it in a taxi to us to the location we where, this place is amazing and so then their employees!

The room was really nice and modern. Through the window we could see lot of different trees and nature.

It was a bit cold inside the room.
