Stayed 5 nights at Casa de Los Sueños and didn't want to leave! This boutique hotel is the perfect place to unplug, swim, and watch the waves. The food at Kin Ha was delicious and the receptionists were always very helpful (shout out to Francisco)! We went to the Playa Norte once or twice, and while the beaches there are stunning, we were happy to go back to the quiet side of the island to our cozy Casa :)

Only downside was one side of the bed was pretty hard, but the other was comfortable (two beds pushed together).

The infinity pool was beautiful and right outside our room, so swam in it at night…really nice! Kin Ha was great and practically connected-we enjoyed jumping off the pier and the good food/drinks. We like the location but is 15-20 minutes from the main north beach and food options, but the local food places nearby are all great too! Our room had a beautiful ocean view! AC was great!

The breakfast at Kin Ha didn’t open until 8, and we had to leave by then so we only got one day of the free breakfast, but it was very good:)

The location is amazing and the service very good. Good bed and nice view from the room (we stayed in King Suite). It was easy to move around the island from the hotel and we enjoyed the silence since all the party life is on the northen part of the island. Kin Ha restaurant / beach club is great!

The housekeeping / cleaning was not "5 star" in our standards. We didn't get clean towels even thoug we stayed over a week and the floor was not clean even after cleaning. Other parts of the hotel were clean all the time. Breakfast is ala carte and there is a lot to choose from. It is very mexican - american and we kind of missed all the fresh and healthy stuff like yogurt, vegetables, cereal....Good size portions though.

I liked the no edge (infinity) pool. I loved all of the Talavera and traditional details. The entry is beyond beautiful. I liked the plants. Thank you to this boutique property for being pet-friendly and including a big breakfast each morning available to you until noon! The room was just perfect as well, all you need. And last and most importantly, the staff are fabulous! The beach club, Kin Ha, below staff are exceptional. Shout out to Carlos at check in and for any want we had. Shout out to Juan and Sol at Kin Ha beach club!

Wonderful hotel! The property is amazing! We booked an ocean view room and the view was stunning. The property also has an infinity pool with just as gorgeous view as the site’s photos. If not better! The hotel is connected to a lovely restaurant, Kin Ha, that has a gorgeous dock and water front lounging area. It is very nice as the best loungers are reserved for hotel guests. The breakfast that comes with the room is excellent. You can eat at Kin Ha or go to Mayan Club at Playa Norte (the downtown busy part of the island). The staff were all so kind and helpful. Highly recommend!

One of the best locations on the island. Presidential Suite is expansive, large clean beautiful private pool, million dollar views. Staff is very friendly and professional. Included breakfast has 8-10 options and is freshly prepared and delicious.

Property is clean and well maintained but dated, kinda tired. Presidential Suite kitchen very sparsely furnished.

when we arrived we had some problems with breakfast, the booking we made trough here was not the same they had, so they wanted us to pay extra for one more person, after that, we had a feeling that one of the two receptionist didn’t like us very much and we didn’t do anything wrong, we showed them booking confirmation etc. not a great feeling. The beds in the room was really bad sleeping in - way to soft and noisy. the room was okay but dark and needed some love. the restaurant is ok but not great food a stranded I guess. The pool area buy the beach looked a bit sad and need some love too, but was functional

The facilities are great. You are away from the most touristy area of the island, in a nice place near the south tip. The hotel is great, with a nice private pool and a great view. It's also paired with a beach-club that you can access as you want. It was a great few days for some family rest for some "time in paradise". And the staff and owner were always very helpful!

It was not a problem for us, as we rented a golf cart to move around, but it's a bit away from the north part of the island with has the very nice Playa Norte beach. Not a problem at all for us, but take it into account of you are staying at this hotel.

Nice, comfortable rooms, good views. Supportive and helpful staff. Easy to get taxi to events. This is a much quieter location away from the chaos of North Beach area.

Not sure it was the best value,$300/ night but it does include a restaurant breakfast. There is no beach which is not clear from the website.
